This place is wonderful! The staff is beyond knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The showroom is very impressive and whatever they don't have there, the staff is more than willing to work with you patiently to get what you need. Love being able to go here for my industrial needs!

I’ve been using Grainger for about 3 months now after having my business for over 9 years. I regret not using them earlier. I ordered a tool from them that was about $600 and FedEx delivered it to the wrong house and I called Grainger and was on the phone for all of 5 minutes and they sent a replacement tool no questions asked. FedEx still has yet to respond to me and I contacted them first. Thank you Grainger. And the Elmsford store has yet to disappoint. Great team there!

Well for this one I might be a bit biased love Granger.. I've actually never had a problem with anything I needed now if they couldn't find what I needed they told me where to get it true professionals company purchases a lot of items from Grainger and it's always a very good experience but that's my opinion you decide
Always have what I need and if they don't have it get it next day 8:00 a.m. sharp
