I was just looking for an estimate for AC but Manager Mike Grabowski did a full energy assessment. From the outside to the inside, basement to the attic, they will take measurements and pictures and only recommend work if it will actually be beneficial to you. Really honest and professional business.

Service Tech. Craig was very professional, courteous and friendly. Listened to my concerns and the issues with our ductless split AC system and was very thorough in his diagnostics to determine the problem in the system. Craig was thoughtful and explained the cost to repair/replace power lead line from the system head to the compressor. Job was professionally completed and system functions accordingly. Craig sets the “Gold Standard” for other service techs to follow. I would highly recommend Syracuse Energy Systems, Inc for any of your service needs. I wouldn’t trust anyone else! SYR energy is the best. My go-to guys for anything having to do with heating and cooling. I use them for both residential and business services.

Syracuse Energy Systems to the rescue. We had our furnace repaired about a month ago. The staff was very responsive, efficient and courteous. They took no time to delay in making sure we were taken care of. Fast fwd to today when our furnace stopped producing heat again before the Christmas storm. Sue was so sweet and kind making sure I felt our problem was important to them. Craig came out in a timely manner and was able to fix the problem right away at no charge. To say we are relieved is an understatement and we thank the team at Syr Energy for their time and dedication. Definitely will use them again!
Very responsive, they were able to schedule a visit within a few hours of the call at no extra cost. The tech, Craig, was polite and knowledgeable. He explained the issue and pricing then performed the repair and had everything working again within an hour.
They replaced our furnace and added an AC unit… They were great to work with.. honest, quick, clean, friendly. Explained everything very thorough, good price. Explained rebate information. 100% recommend!!!! Also Sue the receptionist is an angel!!!!

Syracuse energy was professional, and honest and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. All repairs were done in a timely manner and they made sure everything was working properly before they left. Definitely will call them again if i have any other issues.
Peter was knowledgeable and provided excellent service. He diagnosed the system, gave me options, and promptly fixed the problems all in the same day. Would definitely recommend.
Did an amazing job with setting up our HVAC system several years ago. Just had to have a repair done today, and they were timely, were done quickly, and everything is fixed! They are the best 👌
I called their office on Monday afternoon and was able to get the owner to come out within a few hours to look at my a/c unit. He came back the very next day and fixed my unit within an hour. Another company told me I needed an entirely new unit without even looking at it but Tom was fair and responsive. I would not only utilize him again in the future, I would also recommend him to anyone looking for HVAC services. Wonderful customer service!
installed a new 10 ton Carrier unit on my roof at Nestico's Restaurant, did all new ductwork running to the basement air handler/ furnace unit. Just a terrific job with lots of hard work, knowledgeable techs, and great follow up to insure all working well going forward. Glad I was steered to them! My new team for AC/Heat for the future. Highly recommend
