Christmas Angels. Ron and his partner came on the same day, diagnosed the problem and went right to work. Very knowledgeable great quality of work at a fair price. I would highly recommend.

Superfast response, prompt arrival, friendly, cordial, and professional. He and his father both installed my furnace and AC unit years ago and this was my first real issue! Great to work with and highly recommended!

Ron showed up the same day I called while other places were booking weeks out. My AC wasn’t working and needed to be serviced before the heatwave that was coming the following day. I am more than grateful he was able to come the same day and fix my AC. He was in and out within an hour and got my house cool again. I couldn’t be happier! Will continue to use them in the future.

I had a carbon monoxide leak in my furnace at 8:00 a.m. requiring a shut down of my furnace. Nicotra & Son was recommended by a friend. I had an extremely affordable estimate and immediate repair all completed by 4:30-5:00 p.m. same day. I was completely satisfied and so very thankful for Ron and his company for coming to my rescue. I definitely would recommend Nicotra & Son Heating & Air for your furnace needs.
We have been long time customer and have been very satisfied with the work done by Sam and, after Sam retired, by his son, Ron. We spoke to Ron on 6/4/18 about cleaning and inspecting he furnace he installed and he said that work would be done in fall. I called again and left messages for Ron to call back on Oct. 9, October 17 and October 23 Ron has not returned my calls. I called again on October 24, got the same message requesting that I leave a message. I hung up. Maybe his will get review will get Ron's attention .....if he is still in business(?).
I called to get a free estimate and person who answered the phone was rude. Telling me the company was really busy and didn’t have time to send out a technician. The person finished the phone conversation by giving me a outrageous price for my repair that I needed done. I do not recommend doing business with this company.
In response to the review above, there are always two sides to every story. I am the owner of Nicotra Heating and personally answered Mr. Markham's call at 7 AM on a Saturday. I arrived at his house at 10 AM and repaired his AC system. I operate a small business for a reason, which is that I take pride in my customer service. Once his system was repaired, my priority was responding to my other customers during a heat wave we had. My response may have been delayed, but it was made. I would not be in business for over 30 years with satisfied and repeat customers, conducting "sketchy" practice.
I received a bill with just "labor&parts". I explained , I wanted to know parts price (and which part) and labor by the hour how many hours. I wasn't home when they worked on my air conditioning. My neighbor reported he was here 15-20 mins. I have called several times asking for a proper bill with Parts & Labor broke down, only to be ignored. I call this type of business practice Sketchy at best.
