Nick E the electrician came to give me an estimate for circuit . breakers on June 29th The circuit breakers were installed on July 7th. Nick was very professional and did an excellent job installing the circuit breakers. I was very satisfied with his service. I highly recommend Falso Service Experts. Vina
Our serviceman, Eric, was very professional, informative, and thorough. He handled our plumbing emergency with great care and answered all my questions. We are very grateful to him.
At first we loved them, but we had one sink that had major issues, but then we noticed that the sink was loose, which it had never been before they fixed the plumbing underneath. Well, we just had the plumber Eric come over and of course they are not taking any responsibility, but he said he was going to discuss it with someone at the office, 15 minutes later he came back in and said that there were new baskets that were installed, but that was never documented so they were saying it was our fault. Well, we are advantage customers with them and have a contract so they are the only plumbers we have had in our home. I also told them we are not plumbers and would never touch something we know nothing about. So Eric just left and I called them to tell the lady what had happened, so she was supposed to talk to Eric and the manager but has not gotten back with me. So much for being Advantage customers! So now we have a detached sink we can't use! Thanks for nothing Falso! Don't use these folks!

The receptionist told me wife on the phone (after being described that we bought a gas dryer that needs converting to propane) that YES “we do that”. Set an appt to find out that as soon as they got there that you in fact DO NOT do that. We had to find another contractor to do it (and it’s still not done because the appt is 2 more days away) when if she knew what she was talking about, we could’ve had it done right the first time, and had an appt set earlier.Teach your employees better!
I had to have 2 sink repairs done. The man they sent came in my house and felt like a home inspector instead of a plumber. For example, he mentioned to me he thought I had sheet rock installed above my shower instead of water rock. He said i needed furnace filters replaced. Also, he was more concerned about the small water mark on my ceiling instead of what was wrong under my sink so much that he even missed I had 2 problems wrong with my sink and only quoted me for one of them.. My father had told me before i had 2 problems with the sink and he is not a plumber but could fix anything. Unfortunately he had passed before we could get to this task so this left me having to call a company. The man they sent to quote me was also very persistent to try to sell me the membership (you pay them monthly on a contract) and probably told me about it approximately 5 times even though I repeatedly said no thank you it doesn't seem like a deal to me. In my opinion, he was trying to get as much money as he could and was not focused on the specific job I asked him to do. When i was telling him i wish i could of fixed this problem on my own since it cost 425$ to exchange my sink faucet with the one i bought and 191$ to get a quote (171$ of that price going towards the job if i choose to go through with their company) he said to me "you remind me of my wife" which i dont think was a compliment lol. The woman on the phone i had to call several times to try to schedule the repair for many weeks and since the company made the quote when they were in between changing to a new computer system they lost my information she said. She had finally told me i had to tell her parts people what part i needed to repair my sink and have it sent to their business... i had no problem at that point doing her job as well but couldnt get a hold of their parts people when ever she transferred me they would never answer. Installed a Fluidmaster toilet repair kit from Lowe’s. Charged $400. Will not return email or calls. Would not recommend to anybody.
Central air was inop so called Falso. Technician came over, said unit was shot, said fan motor was the culprit, I asked for a repair estimate and never got one. They sent a sales person over after to try to sell me a new unit for 10k. I called another company, the capacitor was inop, not the fan motor, tech fixed it instantly. Falso literally tried to charge me 10k for a 300 dollar repair job, I will never use them again because they are dishonest, they didn't want to try to fix my unit, rather they wanted to sell me a new one and it was obvious.
Nick did amazing work. He came right in gave us a few options for our electrical issue and was able to come up with a solution. I am very pleased with his work. And will be calling FALSO again with any electrical issues we may need fixed in the future!
We love our yearly maintenance plan with Falso Service Experts to service our 15-year old rusty tin can AC and our 10-year old furnace. They are never pushy with sales and always help us understand what they're seeing. The salesman was extremely helpful, professional, and patient with answering our abundance of questions and concerns! They helped fit our budget and installed an AC and furnace of such high quality I could only dream of having—complete with a brand-new smart thermostat, as well! The installation crew was incredibly professional and friendly as always and did a FANTASTIC job on our complex installation. It's always a pleasure to work with Falso Service Experts for small maintenance appointments and repairs to large reinstallation projects! The Lennox machines are of superior quality and offer fantastic rebate, tax credit, and extended warranty options. Very excited to have a comfortable and energy-efficient home for many years to come with Falso Service Experts!

Electrical work completed today. Nick did a fantastic job! Very thorough, clearly explained the situation and how it is to be corrected. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone, friends and family. His work was professional, and very fairly priced.

Seth and crew were outstanding. Called to confirm time, arrived on time and were exceptionally respectful and professional. Seth provided excellent oversight and leadership to support and instruct crew while willing to stay as long as it took to get the job done. He also spent as much time needed answering any questions I had. Very impressed. 1st time with Falso and worth every penny.
