I cannot say enough positive things about Cool Pro! They replaced my AC split system in April 2023. Throughout the entire process- from initial contact through completion of our AC replacement, Eric and his staff were EXTREMELY helpful and accommodating at every step. The technicians were respectful, diligent and worked very efficiently. I would highly recommend Eric and Cool Pro for any HVAC project, and I will be using them for all of my future HVAC needs.
He was friendly and knowledgeable. Prices were in line with others. Was on time for both the estimate and installation. The communication was great answered questions quickly. Once installed, he made sure we knew how all the features worked and what some of the best practices were.

COMPARED TO LAST YEAR I HAVE SAVED 7kWh WITH THE NEW REPLACEMEMT RHEEM A/C UNIT
We needed to replace an aging central air conditioning system in our home, and after interviewing several companies, we hired Cool Pro. They gave a detailed breakdown of costs in advance, with no surprises at the end. Owner Eric and the crew were extremely professional and courteous while in and around our home, in addition to doing a flawless installation job, and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. (subsequent post in Nov. 2022) Since the AC system installation noted above (in Sept. 2020), I've had CoolPro install a mini-split system in an area of the house that needed additional heating and cooling, and had them in several other times for various services. Always courteous, professional and responsive. Definitely my go-to HVAC company.

Eric stopped by on time to give me an estimate for broken central heat, did the work in time (4 days earlier than initial set date), did a follow up visit to check on the work his team did, plans to make a final visit to check my heat for the winter. Flawless delivery! I am very happy with all the work that has been done. It was a delight working with everyone at Cool Pro Mechanical, the quality of their work is great, easy to contact anyone and have questions answered. Everything was done on-time. Keep up the good work, Eric!

I called the company for an estimate and they were clearly having phone scam issues with the phone # on their Google Maps account and website. I wrote them a review with a much lower star rating in the hopes of gaining their attention to address their problem and also to see if they can get back to me. They replied in a very timely and professional manner. My AC work was already completed by another company the same day I called, so I had no need to call them back and therefore can't comment on the quality or cost of their work. I can only hope it was as good as their customer service and response time, which was 5 stars.
The entire experience from beginning to end was wonderful. I called in the middle of June and they were the only company to respond to my inquiry. I had the system installed by mid July! They also got me everything I wanted within my budget. I got the special air filters, UV light and dual zones. They installed a heat pump which is also designed to off set my heating bill when it's above freezing. I did not know but it's much cheaper to move heat then make it, which is what a heat pump does. Anyway they were very clean during the install and took lots of time to show me how to operate the system especially being that it tied into my old heating system. There were a few odds and ends to be worked on and they did not accept final payment (about half the bill) till all work was completed. The system is wonderful, I should have purchased this much sooner! They are also very communicative, on time and operationally they are a well oiled machine. Can't recommend them enough.
Eric and his team are fast, efficient, professional, and same day accommodating if necessary. The last thing you want is no heat in the dead of winter, and a broken AC in the scorching summer. I've been using them for 5 years now, and they always take good care of us. Highly recommend.

We purchased a Heat Pump system and have it installed. In addition, they also reconfigured existing system to operate more efficiently. Very happy with price, service and installation. Highly recommend them.

Installation of a mini split AC into my basement. Fittings on the inside and outside were excellently and cleanly done. Was very friendly to me and my kids. Organized the electrician to be present at the right time. Efficient and superbly done.

These guys were absolutely phenomenal to work with. They were all very pleasant and always timely and cleaned up everything after they were done. Had a couple of snags along the way, nothing to do with them, and they were honest and open with me the entire time and worked until everything was up and running as it should. I highly recommend them for any hvac work you might have. Very professional company. It was a pleasure working with them.
