Matt and his team have been consistently exceeding my expectations since I met Matt a few years ago. Field industries installed an air conditioning system in my home a very large hot water tank in my business and has helped at least 10 friends with their heating air conditioning and plumbing needs over the last 2 years. I recommend them without reservation. They came through for me again today. With many family members within an hour and a half of arriving to my house for a family reunion I noticed that my AC system was not quite making temperature I let it sit for an hour with no improvement. I called and left a message for fields not expecting to hear back for two days. To my surprise and satisfaction Dan called me back within 5 minutes of me leaving a message. Dan showed up within 40 minutes of that conversation and was gone within 40 minutes of arriving. Checked all my systems replaced an inexpensive part and got everything working perfectly. Having a house full of people and no air conditioning would have not been any fun at all. I'm appreciative that Dan responded the way he did as quickly as he did and got me back up and running for the price that he did totally affordable and took care of the customer. As I said I recommend field industries without hesitation. Thank you.

Matt and Dan were very professional and thorough. They performed maintenance on our ductless a/c system. Matt installed it about 5 years ago and we have been very happy with it. The heat feature with cassettes in each bedroom is very welcome on cold winter nights. I recommend Matt and his team for your HVAC needs.

Very pleased with the quality of service. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem and solve it even though that took awhile. The tech showed up on time and thoroughly explained the problem and repair and cost options. We’ll be calling them again if we need service.
Central AC installed.
Matt and Dan installed a new hot water heater in a small closet in my garage and repositioned, replaced, and labeled all old pipes and water shutoffs and the water meter which were impossible to see and reach behind the furnace vent. They are now in a much more accessible spot by the door making it easy to shut off the water in an emergency. They found and fixed a leaky pipe that caused water damage and mold and ripped out the moldy sheet rock. and insulation and cleaned up everything and the garage. They are both skilled and caring professionals who do excellent work. They responded in 15 min to my first call when my garage was flooded and explained the cause of the problem and my options and listened well to my concerns and tried to get it running again while I made my decision. The new pipe work and switches look like a work of art and take up less space. The hot water was ready to use in 1hr. I highly recommend this business and the people in it, including the warm, lovely person in the office who heard my panic and got me service right away and kept me informed throughout. Matt Field gave us an excellent product (Bryant high efficiency furnace) at a very competitive price. They were able to install the furnace relatively quickly, did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. Matt is very good to work with and his office manager, Lorraine is fabulous!
