Installed new water heater and had a great overall experience. Very horough with the estimate, prompt installation, and then came back quickly when we had a post-installation issue. Very professional and great customer service!
They are very helpful. Steven helped troubleshoot with an appliance that wasn’t even the initial reason for the call, and he helped resolve the problem.

Antonio was thorough and professional and very personable. He ordered new parts for my mini-split system day-of my service appointment and is actively trying to schedule the follow-up appointment himself; since he handled the diagnostic appointment, he wants to personally install the new parts for my mini-split unit. His dedication and level of service is top notch!
Mike did a walk-through of my house, listened to my goals and concerns, informed me of my options, and was exceptional. He was realistic and very professional. He was an amazing plumber and his honesty made me feel more positive of my plumbing issue. He did tell me that the issue would need a General Contractor and told me what to say when I hired one. I've been using Vigilante for many years, and there's a good reason for that. Of course, the work that's done, but it's the people, too. Everyone is top notch - professional, friendly and helpful - from the team in the office always trying to make you smile, to the onsite team explaining the situation and possible solutions and making it happen. Mike was been here the past couple of times - installing a new outdoor faucet and connecting it to a water line 20 feet away, and snaking the backyard drains before summer storm season. His insights have been helpful. It's because of Mike, and the rest of the team, that Vigilante is my 'go-to' place.
Vigilante Plumbing's Michael and Aidan rescued my whole house today from a disgusting and depressing drain stoppage. They carefully strategized and implemented a repair plan to eject the stoppage, and they succeeded wonderfully after much hard work and sweat! All the time, Michael and Aidan were professional, focused, good-natured, and confident. Vigilante Plumbing is fortunate to have these two pros on board, and I am fortunate as a new customer to have had the opportunity to meet them! Vigilante helped us through not one but two tough issues today. They were efficient, professional, friendly, and got the job done, and, importantly, handled our emergency issue right away. Kerry was addressing an HVAC issue when he heard water in the basement. Unfortunately, it turns out we had a main line sewer blockage. Kerry got Steven from the plumbing side of Vigilante out immediately. He and Ali jumped in to assist Steven and they took care of it fast! I’m so grateful to the team at Vigilante!
