True Air Heating & Air Conditioning is truly the best. They are responsive, communicative, helpful, on time, and very nice. On multiple occasions they've come out and not only diagnosed and fixed the problem, but were able to explain the issue and gave me clear and understandable options. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who needs help with their HVAC.
My ductless air conditioners weren’t working. When I called, Mike gave me detailed steps to try to see if i could fix/reset it myself, to save me the cost of an assessment/diagnostic fee - which is fantastic and so kind. Unfortunately I still had the issue. But Vincent was incredibly professional, thorough, and helpful on what the options were to fix problem. They were a responsive and transparent team and it’s nice to have work done by kind, honest, and competent people!
So kind and professional. Discovered the problem we had been having for weeks within 5 minutes of arriving fixed it within the hour. Such great guys -- so knowledgable and really explained the issue to us. Will definitely be using again!
True Air installed 4 commercial package HVAC units for me. Everything went perfect. They are professional and stand by their work. Highly Recommended!

#1 CHOICE FOR ALL YOUR HVAC NEEDS AND IT ISN'T CLOSE! We couldn't be happier to have stumbled across their listing on google. We took over a store with a central air unit that hasn't seen maintenance in years. It wasn't an easy job, but Vin and Mike handled everything as promised and got the air up and running again in as timely a manner as possible. Never hesitate to do business with them!
My AC wasn't blowing cold air, had another company come out and told me I needed to replace it.... called these guys for a second opinion found the problem and fixed it. Within 2 hours I had cold air flowing again!

I usually don't write reviews, but this time I have got a super professional service. Michael that came to do the work, was great, fast!!! and professional. Highly recommend this company to anyone who need a new or/fix AC.
They did a great job on replacing my air entire conditioning system (compressor and three wall units). It was a really tough job given I'm on a 4th floor walk up and previous equipment was so outdated, but Michael problem solved and worked tirelessly and efficiently to get me air again.
I normally never write reviews but I have had trouble with air conditioning repair companies in the New York / New Jersey area for awhile now, Trueair was the first professional and no bs air conditioning repair service I’ve used in the area. Years of frustration were quickly alleviated after one visit from these guys. Trueair came all the way to my home in Central Jersey and did an effective and efficient job. I can’t not recommend Trueair services enough!

Prior to finding True Air Heating & Air Conditioning LLC, I had been searching for a reliable team to tend to my continuous, annoying HVAC issues for several months. Finally, after several friends of mine had their air conditioners and furnaces repaired throughout this pandemic -- all of whom shared remarkably positive reviews -- I reached out to Vinny and Mike. Within just six hours of my initial call, they sent someone to my home in Staten Island and they tended to all my home's issues in just one home visit. I now have them on speed dial for any air conditioning and heating repairs that might come up in the future!
