Installed Mitsubishi hvac. Work was done on time and professionally. This was a ductless air conditioner. Everything was explained in detail. Work was done very cleanly. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I had some issues with my home A/C system last summer, when it would stop blowing cold air and freeze periodically. Was referred to Tri State Air by a friend. They came on time, diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly. Very reasonable rates too. Very professional and courteous. Nothing but good things to say, highly recommend.

Tri state air installed my original system 12 years ago or so.I have not had an issue since ,but recently one of my units stopped working. So, i called Sergio.He came out to check an issue. He spent some time testing my system and explaining how everything works.He found the problem and gave me a reasonable quote to repair.He was friendly, professional and fixed my air conditioner the next day.Thanks for the great service. We will definitely use Tri State Air for all our ac and heating needs in the future.

In 2014 Tri State Air in stalled a unit with 2 air handlers. This year, we had some trouble with the air handlers which are now out of warranty. We called Serge on Monday, he came over Tuesday, and by Thursday afternoon we had 2 new air handlers installed and ready to go. He and his men behaved professionally, performed in a workmanlike manner and cleaned up very carefully when the job was done. I would highly recommend Tri State Air to anyone who wants quality and professionalism.
Back in 2009 I decided to replace the whole central AC in my house with mini split and contracted Tri State Air. Sergey and his team have done excellent job installing two 36 btu compressors and multiple room units, and it worked with no problem for almost 10 years. This year there was problem with one system, Sergey came, diagnosed the problem and brought it back to working order. So far I'm happy with Tri State Air and it's owner
Serge, did a wonderful job installing our new AC's. Him and his team were efficient and extremely careful. It was amazing, since I was worried there would be a lot of dust but they truly were great at setting everything up. The AC's themselves are silent and work great. I would recommend Serge to anyone who is looking for an overhead AC setup like mine.
I installed Split unit AC in 2014, 5 years ago. Tri State Air did a great job: they installed the 5 units (3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen) exactly in the locations that my wife selected. Our house is 90 years old and it is complicated to install the units in the selected locations. It is a real pleasure to have this type of AC: you can have in each room the temperature you prefer - it works both ways so in winter you can use it as a heater to increase the temperature in a specific bedroom. (I myself prefer it to be cooler, but for the children we sometimes turned on the AC as a heater). The price was very reasonable (we checked 3 other companies). We had a 5 years warranty and at the end of the 4th year one of the units was leaking- it was a manufacturer problem. I called Tri State Air, they immediately came, tested the units, found the problem, got a replacement (for free) from Fujitsu and installed it. Some years ago we decided to install air conditioners in our condominium apartment. After careful research we have chosen company "Tri State Air, Inc." We called and Serge, representative from this company, has visited our apartment. Installation of air conditioners was performed fast, accurate and very professionally. In couple of years we decided to add some air conditions in other rooms. This time we did not hesitate to call Serge again. Installation of these additional air conditionals was also done fast and at high professional level We are very satisfied with work done by Serge and would recommend him and the company to our friends.

True workmanship is not easy to come by, particularly when it comes to the HVAC needs for your home or office, or even your business for that matter. Tri State Air did a fantastic job. Everything was done on time, neatly, and with special attention to detail. These guys are truly professional, their prices are quite reasonable, so all I can say is that if you are considering either a first-time installation or upgrading your existing HVAC system, look no further.
Serge was very infomative. He explained the process very clearly. He answered every question l had very patiently. We made an appointment to come the following week. He was promptly on time. Serge an his assistant did a remarkable job. After interviewing many, I am very happy l chose him to do the job. I would recommend him to anyone who wants the system.
