I highly recommend The Heating and Cooling Doctor! My boiler stopped working Sunday night and Chad immediately stopped by and diagnosed the problem. He came back the next day, replaced the part and my boiler is working again. Chad is a wonderful and kind man, his service was top notch!
Chad was friendly and honest. I highly recommend him to anyone having boiler problems. A few days ago, our boiler failed to fire up. Chad was able to come out on short notice to repair it. He was very efficient and competent. He only took about 15 minutes to find the problem and fix it. He also noticed and investigated two potential safety issues. Our boiler has been running well since he left.

I would not recommend this HVAC contractor. I used him last year for a heating system maintenance check and at best I would describe the service as mediocre. A few days ago I had a heating emergency and left a message for "Chad" and never received a return call after waiting all day. In addition, I sent a text message requesting emergency service and received an automated response advising that a technician would contact me shortly. I never heard back from this company and as a result was left for two days without any heat on the coldest days of this season. Completely unreliable and I advise you to trust these prior reviews and comments at your own risk.
