Very polite and professional service from a team that communicates often even at off hours over text messages for your convenience. They are very experienced and know exactly the types of units and coverage and installation challenges, what needs to be in place, NYC DOB requirements, etc. They explain thoroughly all the need-to-know information. We had split air conditioning / heating installed in 2 different Midtown commercial locations and they were excellent in both working through the narrow passageways and in-between buildings, going out to haul heavy equipment, etc. Excellent work - make sure you book them in advance as they get very busy!
