Our old water heater finally gave out, so we contacted few plumbers in the area to get some price estimates. Brooklyn Plumber Services is the one we ended up choosing. That was the best choice ever. Both of our old water heaters were replaced, and we had them retrofitted to be tankless models. We also installed a brand-new water-treatment facility. Both Dawn and Destin did a great job. They handled the situation expertly and provided clear explanations. If you need plumbing work done, hire this company. 5 star.
Both times we've utilized Brooklyn Plumber Services it's been a fantastic experience. Destin is a real asset to the company. Even though it was a holiday weekend, he came out to repair the problem we were having on Memorial Day.He was generous with advice and really ingenious. Destin is the only one we'll ever ask for, and he comes highly recommended.
What a relief it was to find this firm. Dawn the installer, does an excellent job and is very knowledgeable. I appreciate them coming back at 4:30 and working until 10:00 to finish the installation. Another young man who helped out was fantastic as well. In general, they performed a fantastic job. My only little gripe is that although Destin at the office gave me a pricing over the phone, Dawn ended up charging me more because they couldn't give me the $300 discount on the water softener and the $150 discount on the membership. In order to keep the phone quote, I chose against buying the membership. To this day, I have no complaints and continue to endorse Prime Brooklyn Plumber Services. My sister is going to use them to put in a water softener.
Destin was our service specialist; he was courteous and knowledgeable, and he took the time to answer all of our inquiries and address our concerns. He was able to fix the crack in the brick wall with minimal disruption to the exterior. I've had a great experience with this firm so far.

My water heater's flood stop alarm went off around two weeks after the major freeze in February. He did a fantastic job, kept the best, most respectful, and friendliest attitude possible, and was completely honest about what he was doing and why. I have a need for knowledge, so I soaked in every bit of his exhaustive explanations. I picked up a wealth of knowledge that will serve me well as I remain vigilant in the face of future challenges. A slow leak in the outdoor faucet was also fixed by him. In order to save money on his services, I decided to sign up for the five-year membership. This, however, is not a budget plumber; rather, they offer a service of the highest quality. It's the most costly plumbing service I've ever used, but I decided to go ahead with them because they were able to come out soon, Destin was so pleasant, and the cost wasn't out of my range. I'll say it again: if you're looking for the cheapest option, this is not the firm for you. A leak was being caused by my broken water softener. Even though Dawn wasn't around, he got in touch with me quickly after I called. They were swamped and wouldn't be able to come see me until Monday, but they were quite helpful in suggesting solutions in the meanwhile. Destin, the plumber, was both friendly and competent. In the end, I had no more questions after hearing his thorough explanation. When Dawn found out that my bathroom was flooded with sewage, he came as soon as he could. My yard's drain has a weird obstruction in it. He showed up at 9 o'clock at night, cleared it, unclogged ALL of my drains, and double-checked his work with a camera to make sure everything was in order; the whole process took only an hour and a half. I went with the best rated 24 hour plumber and was not let down. He was prompt, polite, and careful to watch for my three cats as they darted in and out of the door. I appreciate it very much. It was quite unpleasant. After he left, the remaining mess wasn't cleaned up until 12:30. Extremely quick and effective. Again, I would hire them.
They showed up, fixed my broken pipe, and left. To accomplish this, they initially proposed we use a camera to observe the situation below (how totally fantastic is that?). There was no question that I required extensive maintenance after we discovered the problem. They provided me with several options from which to select the one that best fit my financial situation. When I saw that my water pressure was low, I called Prime Brooklyn Plumber Services to investigate. The plumber that came out was named Dawn He was highly competent, and in short order he had determined that my preexisting water softener was defective. He suggested that I get a water softener from a local company; apparently, the water is particularly hard in our lovely city. They were able to get me an estimate, and I accepted it. Dawn stayed and installed everything in a hurry, making sure our issue was resolved before he went. Dawn also impressed me by taking the time to put on boot covers before entering our home. The whole time, he concealed his identity behind a mask. They are a fantastic business, and I will be using them again soon.
