$715 to install a faucet that took less than 60 minutes to install. Expensive!!! Expensive!!!! Cannot recommend.
My parent’s water heater began leaking and I needed to find a plumber immediately. Conducted a Google search and found Petri Plumbing on line. Read the reviews and customers were extremely happy with the service. Contacted Petri Plumbing and had an appointment within an hour. Alexsis was assigned to the job and called me to explain the issue and recourse. The quote to replace the water heater, valves and pipes were reasonable and affordable. We decided to select Petri Plumbing to replace the water heater and Justin arrived in less than an hour with a new water heater. The job was complete in two hours and my parents had hot water in less than 30 minutes. Alexsis and Justin were extremely professional and completed the job with care. The new water heater came with a 10 year manufacturer warranty and Petri Plumbing also offered a one year warranty on repair. I would definitely recommend and use Petri Plumbing for any future repairs! Great service and quality workmanship!!!
We had an emergency on a holiday weekend, and after calling 2 other plumbers, got a very quick reply from Petri, and an almost faster appearance at our front door. The technician who showed up was knowledgable, polite, respectful, and quick to both locate the problem and fix it. We will DEFINITELY hire Petri Plumbing again.
I called Petri Plumbing as an emergency to correct a sudden leak in the basement. William, the technician, arrived within two hours, ascertained the causes of the problem, inspected all of the pipes, and created a detailed plan for the project itemizing all costs. He requisitioned the necessary materials which were delivered by his assistant, Jean and together they cleared the drains, repaired the damaged pipes, and tested the lines upon completion. Their work was well-organized, neat, and thorough. The overall service was prompt, professional, and efficient as were the communications with the office personnel. The initial introductory emails announcing the arrival of the technicians were unexpected and reassuring and the final, formal invoice and documentary photos were generated and disseminated expeditiously.
After trying unsuccessfully all weekend to repair my 15 year old leaking Sears Kenmore Power Miser gas hot water heater, I gave up and called Petri at midnight on a Tuesday because I had family arriving Thursday and could not be without hot water. I left a voicemail and hoped for the best. I got a return call at 7:00am on the dot and the representative said she could have someone out to take a look at it within 30 min. I barely had time to shower and dress when I received a text that Alexsis was en route. Shortly after he called to say he was nearby and how best to contact me when he arrived. He was very professional and explained why my water heater was unrepairable, which I kinda knew already. He gave me a good quote on a replacement, I had been looking online at different manufacturers and had decided on an AO Smith already, so I was pleased when he said that's the brand his company uses. He also pointed out some details about my existing plumbing which were not ideal or best practice for the health of the water heater and piping in general. He gave me a quote to remove the old water heater and bad piping, furnish and install the new heater and redo piping. To be honest I gasped when I heard the price. Thankfully he was able to get it down about 15% while also signing me up to a maintainance plan that covers plumbing throughout my entire home. I already know about 4 or 5 smaller issues that will eventually need fixing so to get that savings on this install and then all of them is great. He got my approval for the work and within an hour he had the old water heater disconnected and the new one at my door. A couple more hours to install and pipe, test everything and show me how to use and maintain it, and he was done by noon. They were also willing to work with me on payment as I only had part of the cost on hand that day. I was thankful because my next paycheck wasn't for 2 weeks and I couldn't wait that long without hot water. The new water heater works great and
I have used this service many times. I appreciate the explanation of choices to do the job, when you are fortunate to have a choice. The plumbers were able to replace the pipes around the leak and we’re happy. Thanks again

Initially nervous as it was a series of sudden big money jobs as a function of dishonest apartment sellers but after the start, Petri performed in s timely manner on all levels - HVAC repairs and plumbing - in difficult circumstances. Very grateful :-)
Have been working with them on plumbing and HVAC since our hot water heater failed.. Professional, timely, clean and made sure everything was fully explained before starting and upon completion. Good documentation of any noted issues as well.

Set up an appointment with Petri to do an annual check up on my ductless AC system before the start of the summer season. Michael the technician was on time, professional, and very thorough. He took the the time to explain to me all the different things he was checking with both the indoor units and the outdoor compressor. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service.

Steven Berger was excellent with our AC repair last summer and the maintenance this Spring. We have a small duct high velocity central AC unit that is pretty rare in Bay Ridge. Steven knew all the ins and outs of it and was exceptional to work with. He is an asset to Petri Plumbing and was the most knowledgeable person that we have ever had work on our system.
