Best investment we have made in our home. The company stayed in constant contact with us. They were always on time and very courteous. Explained every step of the process. They started exactly when they said they would and finished exactly when they said they would. Price and warranty made NY Ductless a great choice. We have 3 units that were expertly installed in one day. Four months later when we called with a concern regarding one unit the installer promptly came and checked that all was ok. We feel confident that we can depend on them in the future.

We'd had some work done by this company a few years back and we were extremely happy with the quailty, price and and overall service. So when the need arose for another install in our new place we called them again. They priced out a new Fujitsu AC Split System for two floors and made suggestions to make the unit even more efficient and affordable. Their price was better than anyone else we spoke with. Once again, the delivery and installation went perfectly and the units work beautifully. And on top of everything else, they gave us a one year warranty for labor, and 12 years for parts! We'd reccomend them without hesitation. Great job.
Alex was professional and competent (and patient while the board in my building took a while to approve everything), and the two air cons he and his crew installed look fantastic and work really well! I'm very happy with the result.
