Tried to make multiple appointments. Every time the would "contact the technician" and never call back. Finally got an appointment after two days and the technician never showed. Had to call multiple times to get an answer as to why the didn't come. Also, sneakily over charged on the estimate. Do not use.

we use Mitsubishi mini split systems because they are the best on the market. they're quite (they don't turn on and off like a typical mini-split) and they heat and cool. the screen can be blanked so you don't see the LEDs while you sleep. Amazing!
