Just had my seasonal maintenance today. On time and professional as usual. Had to replace a couple of parts. Good to go again. Even though the costs of parts and labor are hard to take, it’s best to replace as you go along. It will help my unit perform longer and more efficiently. I trust Maxum Heating & Air Conditioning d and recommend them
Our service technician was great. Quick to diagnose the problem, and could come up with options to help us solve our problem until we got a permanent fix! Very friendly and helpful.

Maxum Heating & Air Conditioning is outstanding! The expert spent a lot of time with us today explaining all the nuances of tank less water heaters and what to expect for the installation. He is so knowledgeable that we immediately felt 100 percent confident in having him be in charge of this job for us! He is a genuinely nice young man and really cared about our needs and concerns, all of which he addressed for us! We can’t wait to have this project completed!!
Wonderful company! Today Leonard came to discuss my heating problems. He was totally honest about what could be done, based on the age of my house. I have used the company for all my HVAC needs for years, and have complete confidence in them. Maxum is your number one HVAC
I hate to complain about anyone but these people are not professional and it may be a scam. When I first called, I spoke with a man named Jaime. He gave me their price ($99.00) for the service call but I told him I would call back because I am not the owner of the house and I did. This time I spoke to a man named Phil. He took my order and sent someone over to trouble shoot our heating problem about two hours later. The man came and managed to turn the boiler on and told us what he thought was wrong with the unit and took a picture of the alleged faulty part and promised to put the order in for us to have it replaced and installed. He charged us the $99.00 I was quoted and said that his office will send a receipt to the email address I gave them in 15 minutes, it never came. I called him back since I had his number and he said he gave them the money and the order for the part and the service request, but I got no email or call back! I called again and this time spoke with a guy named Josh, who had a southern accent, and he promised to look into it but still, no one called us back! FYI, the name of the guy who came to us is Edgar, so beware! Finally, we gave up on them and called someone else, professionals this time, and our problem was solved yesterday afternoon, after being without heat for a week and with a sick 89 year old female in the house. These people are crooks and you've been warned!
I appreciate the professional and friendly guy Maxum sent today! Very professional and punctual. Tech knew his stuff and identified the problem quickly. The repair quote was beyond was very affordable!

Jerry called me and scheduled us for the service and set the time for arrival. He showed up on time and was very easy to deal with. He explained exactly what he was doing and did not try talking to me into a service/something I didn't need. His price was very fair and competitive and he was he was very quick and responsive. Jerry was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all questions regarding installing new heating and air system.Jerry and team cleaned up after themselves and explained how the system worked in detail. Very glad to have the new system and can't say nothing but good things regarding the whole process. Excellent company to work with.
