Inconsiderate and definitely not trying to get your business. Yesterday (10/12/2020) I drove from queens to Williamsburg. I called ahead for an item I searched high and low for. This location carried it. I informed the person over the phone I’ll be there. I got there exactly at 5p. I just needed to grab the item and go. He looked me in the face and closed the gate. He didn’t not try to listen or help in any way. Zero professionalism and care for my business.
Be careful this is really a store for professionals not do it yourself types. Terrible return policy. Id rather shop at a local store than a national big box but Home Depot treats it’s customers better.

Hi all, I’ve ordered a few times custom ducts, mostly small orders and sometimes on last minute before they close or when I needed it on same day, the service I received was amazing even when I only needed a $20 item. The sales person in the duct shop by name Zalmen, was extremely helpful with soo much patience, professional, and happy to sell or to help me figure out what I need. It’s worth to deal with him and with this company!
