Kevin knew the problem straight away. He had the needed part on hand and our central air was repaired in under an hour. He even topped off the freon. I will most definitely use this company again and recommend them to others. Thanks Kevin...happy wife, happy life.
Very professional and hardworking. The guys even stayed late to make sure everything was up and running, in working order. The changes and repairs took as long as the parts took to come in (2 days). I would highly recommend them to anyone for a safe and reliable install/repair. I appreciate you guys. If I could go over five stars, I would.
Called on a Sunday afternoon came with in 2 hr which was amazing and diagnosed and fixed the problem right away with ease it was a pleasure to see him at work would call and recommend to anyone !!

Update: 4 Years later and I still look to KLC for my bi-annual service and any emergencies. During the coldest week of the year I came back from vacation to a broken furnace. I called Kevin and he came out next morning providing me with all of my options. First I listened to my family and decided to fix the parts instead of replace the unit like Kevin suggested. Welp, 2 hours later we were back in the cold. Needless to say, I called him same night and the next day we were off to Home Depot to replace the furnace. But of course, when it rains, it pours, or in this case, it floods. The pipes has been cold /freezing for at least teo or three days. We had one peaceful day after Kevin replaced the furnace before the water tank gave way spraying water all over the boiler room. Both appliances were replaced 11 years ago after Hurricane Sandy so they've both done their time. I called Kevin, who not only came out in a matter of 10 minutes or less after 8pm to turn off the valve (I wasn't sure what to turn), but he also helped us vacuum the water and clean the mess. Off to Home Depot we went again to purchase a replacement the next day. Sidenote: Home Depot and its characters is a whole other world that I forgot existed, LOL. Finally, thinking I am free from home owner's trials and tribulations, I set up my washing maching to the kitchen sink and go to relax. Next thing I know, I hear my family hollering about the hot water pipe exploding. At this point I could only laugh to keep from crying. I mean water was shooting up to the ceiling with the knob on the counter. After a few panicked seconds I rememberd to turn off the valve under the sink. I called Kevin again and he was just as shocked as I was. The joke was who /what came back from the islands with me tearing up the house (Caribbean thing). I recall he remarked how patient I was given the circumstances, but I told him it was because I was too dang cold to feel bothered, Lol. Also, these things happen. He referred m

My sister reached out to me to explain that her central air unit was blowing air but the condo was not cooling down. This happened as NYC was going through a 6th day of a heat wave. It was 7:00 pm and I assumed she would have to endure a night of heat and I would find someone in the morning. I did a quick Google search and I found KLC Heating & Cooling. I was pleasantly surprised see that the business was open until 11:00 pm so I called. I explained the situation and Kevin responded and said I should text him the address. Within an hour, Kevin was there assessing the problem. An hour after that, the issue was resolved and my sister’s condo was dropping from 78 degrees to 71 degrees. I HIGHLY recommend Kevin and KLC Heating and Cooling!! I will bring Kevin back to service and tune up my unit. He is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Kudos!!
Had many companies come down to check my central AC unit nobody was able to find the problem, called KLC found the issue right away and spent 6 hours and fixed it. Did a neat and perfect job. Highly recommend!!!

I needed my heating system fixed, I called this company and employee named Kevin came out within the hour of me calling. He was polite,courtesy and professional and very knowledgeable. He looked at heating system and found the problem immediately and fixed heating system. Pricing was reasonable and worked done in a timely fashion.
