The technician arrived on time and he found a bad capacitor and had it replaced.. The technician seems very smart, honest, and very polite.. I like this type of customer service.. .. That's what I call service!!

What a great crew. Worked so hard to complete the project in a timely manner, and so well done. Their crew did a great job installing the new air conditioner and heater, which I might add is on the 2nd floor roof. After the job was complete the cleanup was done perfectly.

I hired the company since it was a small local business.. The commitment to customer satisfaction was excellent.. A couple follow-up visits were necessary due to a replacement of an AC unit in our bedroom.. The owner himself came out and even called afterwards to make sure everything was working properly.. No extra charges for follow-ups..

Highly recommend the company. Came on time, in fact a little earlier which is what I requested last minute. He knew what he was doing and was pleasant throughout. He installed two window AC units and they look great. I had shopped around a fair bit and his quote was the best by far.

They helped me with everything I needed! I don't know a lot about AC but these guys know what they're doing. They're also super nice. I asked them questions after questions and they answered everything with no hesitation. They knew how to answer it all, def recommend them!
