Completely unprofessional! Was quoted a price, and told the boiler was in stock, rented a truck and hired a worker to pick it up, drove all the way from SI to Brooklyn only to find out they did not have it in stock! I loss money on the truck rental, a days pay, took a loss for hired employee, and had to inform our client that we would be unable to complete the installation that day. I placed a new order for them to have it shipped to the store and was told it would be in Monday, from the original Friday date, that never happened. It's been over a week! No updates, no communication and almost lost my contract! I had to pay an extra $1500 to purchase it elsewhere! I sent an email to the manager, and no response! Would not recommend! After 15 years in business, conducting service in this manner is simply unacceptable!

I’m glad there’s still people that know how to run a business. I’m just a homeowner who’s hot water heater’s thermocouple went bad on the day before Christmas Eve at 3:30. I called and got Brian K. He located the part I needed and had it ready for me in the nick of time. Knowledgeable, professional, personable, and efficient, what else could you ask for?
