When our furnace motor died on a particularly cold day, we weren't sure if we would be able to find a replacement for our old system. But, thanks to the hard work of Paul from Greenpoint Heating, we were able to get a new motor quickly and have heat restored in no time. When you need to get your furnace tuned up or maintained, we highly recommend George. He's very professional and arrives with gloves on in order protect himself from any hazardous chemicals that might be present inside of the unit! Not only does he come equipped for protection but also lays down a moving blanket so as not stain anywhere within range including even hardwood floors if it gets tracked outside during cleaning process which always happens since these things leak everywhere anyways without fail every time they occur regularly - this way there won't really ever
I really love these guys at Greenpoint Heating and Cooling. Spoke with George over the phone and he already knew what the issue with my furnace was from what I explained, so he was able to send a tech prepared with the parts to fix my furnace, now if this isn't amazing service I dont know what is. Also they are so knowledgeable, friendly and honest.
Excellent customer service, from George at their office, to the plumber he sent (Peter) to diagnose my boiler, and provide the cost to repair it and completing of the repair of my boiler! I will definitely be using them again!

Cancelled minutes before appointment after I left work early to make the appointment. No apology, explanation, or effort to reschedule, just, “the technician can’t make it.”
Unfortunately my kitchen sink was backed up for 3 days and I had to find someone to come out on the weekend. A tech was sent out to me in less than 2 hours, he was professional, efficient and thorough. He explained the issue to me and told me how to avoid the situation from occurring again. In addition, he answered all my questions and was friendly and cordial. I greatly appreciate how quickly Greenpoint Heating and Cooling responded and the customer service provided. I will definitely be using them for all my future plumbing needs!
We wanted to have a new heat pump system installed (surprise expenses meant we had to cancel the job) and looked at a couple different companies. Not only did Greenpoint Heating and Cooling beat the other bids by a lot (mostly around $1500 cheaper, but one other company estimated $5000 more than Black Lion!), they were outstanding in their communication. Their office was extremely responsive to my emails. They were very easy to work with and I hope we'll have the chance to work with them in the future.
