If you're in need of fast and affordable AC repair near me, this company offers transparent pricing and friendly service you can trust. I was impressed with James then and am impressed with him today. We needed a service call which evolved into a maintenance call on all the units. Glad we did. He found some major issues that were fixed and will probably add several years to the lifespan of our units.
Unprofessional company. I called today to ask if they could replace my 220 volt A/C cord for a longer one on my new LG window unit. They said they'd done it before but could only give an estimate if someone came in to look at it for $100. Since they'd done it before, I asked if they could just tell me a rough estimate so I could know if it's worth it or if I should just get a different A/C unit with a longer cord. He refused to give an estimate, but told me a tech could come in today. I wanted to think about it. Once I called back 10 minutes later, they magically couldn't come in today or in the near future and couldn't do the service. Completely unprofessional. Just wanted $100 regardless if they could service my unit or not.
TERRIBLE experience with dalton heating and air conditioning. I booked them a few days ago to get my HVAC fixed. They gave me an appointment window, and no technician showed up during that time despite my attempts to follow up. Following that missed appointment, in the past few days we rescheduled TWICE, and each time no technician showed up during the scheduled time window. In addition, each time I reached out to check on my appointment, I would not hear back from the technician or management company. On multiple occasions they would tell me that the technician would contact me shortly, and I wouldn't get a call back. Finally, after many times calling to follow up, they responded that they did not have anyone available. The lack of communication, responsiveness, and timeliness is astounding. Completely unprofessional, and I would not recommend.
Service tech was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He did not try to sell us something we didn't need. We highly recommend this company!
I called the company and they were able to arrive within two hours. I was impressed with how fast they arrived and the amount of time it took. I would call these guys again if I need an AC repair.

I've had numerous HVAC companies over the years, and this is the best company I've ever used!! They always come out same day, service tech's are professional & knowledgeable, and they never overcharge me. If you can't get ahold of your HVAC person within 24 hours, they have another person on call to come out immediately for an emergency service call.

Dalton Heating & Air Conditioning Inc team installed our system a few years ago. A large mouse made it's way into our unit . Our tech James was fantastic. He discovered the mouse day one but could not remove if despite trying everything. He came back the next day after finding the tool.he needed and removed the rodent and got our unit back up and running. His commitment and persistence went above and beyond. We highly recommend them.

I scheduled a technician to come out and repair my boiler. They had no one available and I had to schedule 5 days in advance. They gave me a 4-hour window and the technician might arrive, so I planned my day around it. The technician never showed up and no one ever called me. I then called Dalton to see where the technician was and I was told it would take 3 to 6 business days to have someone else come out. Terrible experience.
Dalton Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. sent a technician out to diagnose a problem with our line set, which had been damaged by contractors. He was courteous and professional, and he discovered the breached line in less than ten minutes. This was after I had another large HVAC contractor out to diagnose the problem, but he couldn't find a solution or come up with a conclusion. To address the breached lineset on an R22 system, he provided me with clear next steps and multiple solutions. Thank you for your assistance!
