CHAIM ECKSTEIN AND CE COLING IS THE WORST A/C SUB IN THE BUSINESS I AM GC AND EXPECT WHEN YOU PAY YOU GET PROFESSIONALISM. HE WALKED OFF ON A JOB THAT I WAS STARTING BECAUSE HE NEVER CHECKED THE MEASUREMENTS AGAINST THE PLANS AND HAD NO CLUE WHAT WAS GOING ON. I THROUGH HIM OFF THE JOB AND HE NEVER RETURNED MY $17500. THIEF. BIG TIME. THAN ON ANOTHER PROJECT WHICH HE DID HE TELL CLIENT CHANGE THE FILTER YOURSELF. THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A PRO. DO NOT USE THIS INCOMPETENT THIEF. PLEASE PLEASE CALL ME IF YOU NEED TO DISCUSS. I DO 20 BIG PROJECTS A YEAR. HE IS BAD NEWS
