Terrible experience. May be a scam company. I would not trust positive reviews here. Sales guy Nick came out. He was very friendly and responsive. I gave them the job. They started but did not finish. Now 2 months later I had to hire a different company to complete the job- and I am trying to get money back from CCH which they promised me- as they never delivered or installed the AC machines. They are very hard to reach and missed each deadline to give me refund- and I am still out $3900 trying to reach them. Be very wary.
CCH was very friendly initially, came to my brownstone during the deep NYC freeze in early Feb. Once they analyzed the system, they provided their recommendation on how to correct the system. All good so far. My issue really began when I tried to get an estimate and start date for the work. Its been over 30 days of calling / emailing / texting with no response to what the estimate would be for the work on replacing our thermostats. Meanwhile we have a very cold building in the interim with small children. Seems CCH is more interested in collecting money for service calls than actually doing the work. Avoid CCH.
cch installed a lennox system for me and did a great job. my old system was run down and it was time for a new one. they made the install quick and easy.
My heat went down right before the first snow day of this year. cch came out and was able to fix my unit the same day. so glad i went with cch or my family would not have had heat during the snow storm
CCH installed a ductless air conditioner. They did a awesome job.Very happy with the service.
