Cambridge was excellent. I wanted a ductless A/C and heating system installed in my house. Unlike other companies I spoke with, they clearly explained my options and answered all my questions. They worked quickly and carefully on the installation, tested everything thoroughly and made sure I understood how to use the remotes and clean the filters. Workers were very polite and accommodating and they swept, vacuumed and removed all boxes and packing materials. The system they installed is easy to use, very quiet and efficient. I would recommend Cambridge without reservation.
Installed a split system in our home. Very professional, clean and timely. Answered all our questions and submitted the warranty for us. Highly recommend.
Do not fall for the 4 and half stars who knows who gave them really. We used this company to fix a noise on our AC. They said 300$ Plus 195$ For travel charge to clean it then will stop making noise and still noise was there. They said if we change the motor will stop the noise we paid for motor and insulation fee then heat and cooling stoped. They said is not from the blower is the condenser Long story short we spent about 1000$ now they asked for 4000$ to install a new one! I rather to spend more than that but with a relabel company. I have to say they said this unit is old but never said don’t bother with it. I don’t think they know what they are doing.
Cambridge did my whole house with ductless mini splits and were no nonsense and professional from start to finish. I highly recommend!
Cambridge did an outstanding job installing my heat and air system. Dave the owner had explained everything to me. Quotes, installation, timeframes, etc! His team was right on point with the entire job! Professional, kept me informed about what was going on. Tom at the office made sure all my paperwork was complete and in order. He called me to keep me updated on everything. It was a pleasure to use a neighborhood business that did an awesome job! I would highly recommend them!

I had a Mitsubishi ductless unit installed and they were on time and very professional. They did a fantastic Job cleaning up after, even collecting the big cardboard boxes. The owner is very kind and took personal care of me.I cant wait to turn this bad boy on this summer.I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Cambridge Heating & Air. I had my HVAC swapped out to the Mitsubishi Electric system from a gas system using my existing ducts. It was an option I didn't think about until Tom suggested it. Best decision I made, especially with the Con Ed rebates. Couldn't be happier. Dave and the crew did a very clean job. No complaints. New system works great! I already referred several people to them.
Excellent work… They are professional and experienced. Cambridge was one of the few HVAC contractors that provided a great quote and took the time to answer all our questions. They beat the competition in price and quality. Dave the owner is a friendly person and frequently communicated us to make sure we were happy with the job. I met with two other companies that were rated high and wasn’t impressed. Don’t look any further this is a great company. The guys are very friendly, respectful and clean up.
Cambridge was great to work with and very efficient. Speaking to Tom on the phone and he took care of everything. Dave came and was very helpful with what I needed. He even told me about Con Edison rebates available. The installers were quick and efficient and the system is awesome. I called in the middle of the summer and they came quickly and were very responsive. Any other company I called couldn’t do any work for months. I have nothing but great things to say about this company.
Cambridge Heating and AC installed a Mitsubishi split heat pump system at our house for heating and cooling in April. Their quote was reasonable and they managed the significant state rebate for us from Clean Heat. The crew who installed the system was fast, professional, and friendly. So far we have used the system for both heating and cooling, and it's working great!
We installed 2 ductless split ac/heating systems in a 2 family home in Dyker Heights. I chose Cambridge for a variety of reasons, but most importantly because they came recommended by a contractor neighbor who had used them on several previous jobs. My contacts with Cambridge were great from start to finish. They were responsive and quick when it came to getting an estimate. The pricing was fair relative to other quotes. But most importantly, the team that did the installation were clean, efficient, and accurate. They also were very nice to my older relatives who live in one of the apartments. All in all we made an excellent choice and recommend them without reservation.
The installation was perfect, the 3 Man Crew was polite, professional, gracious and just perfect. Would recommend them highly, wonderful standards, great workmanship and felt so comfortable throughout the entire process.

Cambridge did a great job on my house and gave me a great price on the Mitsubishi Hyper Heat system. Dave came by was super knowledgable on how we should lay everything out the cleanest way possible. Tom got me a great deal using the Con Edison rebates over 17k! Nigel and Thomas did a super clean job running all the lines and break out boxes with minimal visibility on my house and Everton and Jr. did great on my electrical. Our electrical panel needed some work arounds and they figured it all out without us having to abandon any current outlets we had that were an issue for space. Definitely recommend them, everyone was respectful. Thanks again guys!
Cambridge responded to our call immediately. Work was completed the following day. Workers were very knowledgeable , extremely neat and courteous. The job was priced very reasonably.
