INCOMPETENT, DISHONEST, and RUDE Working with them was one of the worst experiences of my entire life. They came to check on a faulty water heater three different times. They could not fix the issue any of the times. When I finally managed to get a replacement water heater for them to install, after two days, the new water heater burst and leaked all over my basement. Finally, even though they guaranteed six months of repairs in their invoice, they are refusing to come back to fix the problem. This doesn’t even take into account how hostile and rude their attitude was the whole time. If you have any other choice in company, use them. Authorized Heating is incompetent, dishonest, and unprofessional.

Normally I don't write reviews Authorized heating was so great i have to say something. I used this company for my hot water heater, the technician was awesome, very knowledgeable of what he was doing.

Food takes time but is good food
I used Authorized Heating for a complicated issue related to my hot water heater. I found their service to be excellent. They are very responsive and well organized. Marc walked me through the issue and what my best options were. I will definitely use Authorized Heating again!
