Had an hvac install in our previously renovated two family house in Bushwick. Neil and his crew were extremely professional, taking the time to thoughtfully plan out the hvac installation, analyzing both the most efficient layout as well as aesthetically the best placement for the interior and exterior units. Highly recommend!

i own a small business with a very old AC unit. I went through 4 HVAC companies for our AC repair. All 4 were dishonest about our unit and charged me serious money without solving the problem. Neil came in and did some serious, honest trouble shooting. Fees were reasonable and the work was very professional. I have already referred 3 clients to At Your Service. I had a central AC unit replacement done with a rather complicated install into my apartment's ceiling. The prior owners had used mechanics common to the building to scam me during the sale into a shoddy repair job on a unit that clearly should have been replaced. Of course this left me burned by trust issues when the unit broke again in the middle of summer. Neil and team restored my trust in HVAC mechanics and did a phenomenal job replacing out central AC unit. At Your Service HVAC was direct, competent, kind, and true professionals. Their service was high quality and quick. I highly recommend them!

Neil is a total professional. He knows everything about A/C systems and knows about all the products on the market. More than once he has provided "emergency" services at my house, and when I needed a complete overhaul of my faulty system he did the job quickly and very efficiently. I give him the highest recommendation possible.

Neil and team are fantastic! Neil is responsive, knowledgeable, honest and fast. He took over a project at my house that was left in the middle by another technician, and the other technician had left it in a bad condition. The project was installing a split system, with 2 condensers and 5 units. Neil literally saved us, and finished the overall project flawlessly over a few days. Throughout the project he was communicative, kind and delivered a very clean and professional job. I will continue to give him my business and would recommend him to anyone in my network. Kudos to him!

Neil and a member of his crew came over to clean my ductless split wall units. On time, professional, and quick! They did a great job and got me back up and running in no time at a great price. He even took a look at my branch box as a quick checkup. Also gave me some tips on some maintenance things. Would highly recommend.

Neil was great. Very professional and helped us fix our old furnace. He checked everything from top to bottom literally. He took out the blower fan and cleaned it and even went up onto the roof to see if there was an obstruction in the pipe.
I hired these guys to service my in-ceiling AC unit. They damaged my tub and my sink. The unit would not run after they serviced it. They kept promising to come back and repair it but would not show up. I finally had to pay a different company to come and fix the problems they had created. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!

HONEST AC SERVICE. Need I say more? Neal’s guys... George and Tremaine came over and quickly assessed and diagnosed the issue with our rather large and complicated central AC unit. I don’t think there’s a more qualified and knowledgeable HVAC specialist in all the 5 boroughs. Just hire them, they’ll get the job done at a fair price and they will be completely transparent with you regarding what exactly is going down. Honest, hardworking, good guys.
They did preventive service on our HVAC cooling system (cleaning coils etc). Neil was very professional and respectful. He was happy to explain the work he did and gave some great advice with respect to our system. You can tell that he really cares and operates with integrity. Excellent company. Will definitely use their services again.

Neil and George and their team were unbelievable. They had an incredibly tough job cutting through ceiling to remove a jerry-rigged central air condition unit--badly installed by the developer and his HVAC contractors. They got it without damaging any bathroom fixtures, cleaned it (which had never happened), refurbished it with appropriate safety features (so it wouldn't flood us again) and reinstalled it. Then they dealt with the compressor on the roof. It was nearly a week's work. Very technical, very physical. Their fee was extremely modest for the man hours they put in. I not only would recommend them highly--I have already done so. The other apartments in my building have a similar trap. Central air units with no access. They will all leak one day and god help them if they want clean air in the meantime. However we now have a spanking new unit with a beautiful access panel. Thanks guys!
