I used Arnica Heating and AC to install 3 split units and a condenser. Very happy with their work. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely use them again for any future AC needs.

These guys are amazing. We've been considering split AC's for three years, spoke to at least five providers, and dreamed up a dozen possible configurations. Arnica was the only provider that we didnt have some reservations about, and it paid to wait. Installers were efficient, clean, and a pleasure to have in our home. They minimized cutting, got the whole job done in just a few days, and were super responsive to (and patient about) all our concerns and questions. They even paid a return visit the next day to address a concern after the install was completed. Arnica referred and coordinated all of our contractors for us (electric, plumber, roofer, drywall repair) and worked directly with our roofer. It all went seamlessly (Rosette is a rock star). Arnica is not the cheapest option we found (nor the most expensive) but worth every penny. And a special thanks to Alex.
Simon owns the business and he showed up on time, did a thorough inspection of the house and offered me options despite the fact that I wanted the top of the line. The day of installation six workers showed up and they were done in less than five hours and everything has worked great since! I'm writing this now because I need the 2nd floor and attic done. After a family member mentioned to call Arnica Heating and Air Conditioning to get a quote, for at the time a hard to get, Burnham gas fired steam heater, I called them and spoke to Rosette who was very helpful to quickly get me a quote. Neil came out the next day to plan the install. After all the paperwork was done, Neil, Alex, Mario and others spent majority of the day doing the install and didn't leave until the job was done. I also noticed that Neil and his team are very skilled at getting a quality install done safely. I will definitely recommend Arnica Heating and Air Conditioning to my friends and family.
Needed a residential ductless heat sink system installed. The house is over 100 years old with the original ceilings and walls. 3 compressors and 11 wall units later we now have a wonderful system that we have been dreaming about. It was not the easiest of installs due to the age of the house but it was seamless. Excellent job!
The best for new installation and maintenance. Simon installed my hot air heating systems over 15 years ago and it’s still functioning like new. Service guys were always prompt, knowledgeable and polite.
After calling almost every Gold Star servicer for Mitsubishi mini splits, I engaged with Arnica to service my units. I chose them because they were responsive, informative and professional. Arnica continued to keep us up to speed on the arrival time of the technicia, which was wonderful! And, when the technician, Neil, arrived, we was the most awesome technician one could ask for. Neil was easy to work with, professional, and when he left, it was like he was never here! Everything was cleaned up. I can't recommend Arnica enough, they are now our go to source for our heating and air-conditioning units. Thank you to everyone at Arnica for being amazing.

Our A/C went down in the middle of a heat wave and Arnica quickly diagnosed the problem and worked with the manufacturer to get the parts as as soon as possible. Once the parts came in they were there the next day and the A/C was back up and running. They followed up multiple times to ensure there were no issues. I strongly recommend Arnica.
We are a small restaurant that wanted to upgrade our HVAC to a ductless system. We contacted quite a few companies, but only Arnica followed through: they sent an estimator within the week of our first speaking with them. Soon after they gave us a date of installation. They arrived on the agreed upon date, and completed the job in time for us to reopen with minimum inconvenience. The level of service from everyone we dealt with was EXCEPTIONAL. There were no surprises. They installed the top-of-the line Mitsubishi equipment. The fact that they even were able to get the equipment was amazing, as others said it could take up to 3 months to do the installation. Getting good service these days can be challenging., but ARNICA was terrific. We couldn't be more satisfied with their work.
Worked with Arnica to replace our old in-wall AC units for a ductless system and the experience was excellent. Scheduling and follow up with Rosette was seamless. Alex, Mario and team finished the work efficiently and spent the time to explain how the system works and what to expect. Highly recommend.

Arnica installed ductless AC units in our landmarked building in Park Slope, Brooklyn. They were incredibly patient with us, as we worked with our Coop board to ensure the project scope fit the building's requirements. During the project, they quickly adjusted to incorporate a change in the location of the branch box and install air filters. Additionally, Rosette was a tremendous help coordinating logistics during the install, and the guys who did the install were really polite and helpful.

I was paired with Arnica for my mini splits and condensers installation via Sealed who assured me they had used them before and had rave reviews. They can add another to the list! Great communication, smooth experience from start to finish. Definitely recommend for HVAC needs.
We had a problem with our forced air heating system which hadn’t been serviced for several years. We called two companies in NYC and were told they wouldn’t come to Brooklyn. When we called Arnica, we were informed they did serve Brooklyn and would send a technician in a few days. The day before the scheduled appointment they called to ask if their technician could come that afternoon. The technician checked our system, found the heating system was basically OK and suggested that the problem might an erratic thermostat. He also suggested that our system get a pre-winter checkup every year. Arnica’s office representative called the next day to see if we were satisfied with the service! We were more than pleased and intend to call them for a checkup before the next heating season.
