Vlad and his team did a great job specifying and installing a new heat pump & mini split heat/AC system for our apartment. They did all the indoor & outdoor work (except electrical). The system works great. They also handled the NY State and Coned rebates. I would work with them again.
I was looking to install three mini split units in my condo that I was gut renovating. I found Vlad’s business through a Google search. I was also referred to a few other vendors by friends. Vlad came to examine the scope of my project and promptly provided me with a quote. Ultimately, his quote was most competitive, and I proceeded to sign a contract. While working with me, Vlad was always responsive and I felt like I was his priority. Installation was done expertly by Vlad’s team. I’ve been using my units for two seasons now and I could not be happier. I highly recommend Vlad and his team for HVAC work.
They sent Dmitry here to install my Window AC and support bracket. He came promptly on time, brought all of his own tools, and didn’t require any assistance lifting my 120lb unit. Very professional, fast service from a nice guy. In and out in 15 minutes, and reasonable pricing. Accepted Venmo which is super convenient. Highly recommended!
Vlad and team installed my ductless heating/AC. They were total pros. They took the time to discuss with me different options and then did a terrific job.
Sergei was our repair person, sent by Vlad, and was meticulous and precise in fixing our Carrier unit. He did not leave until he had figured out the problem and corrected it. We are VERY pleased with the excellent work performed. We paid by venmo immediately for a fair price.
I called Vlad on a hot day while my 8 year old mini-split at my cafe needed replacing. Vlad quickly sent me a fair quote including a fair warranty. I accepted and he was able to drop off the equipment, meet with me on site to discuss the work and he got the installers on site within a few days. (FWIW the other contractors would take weeks to just get me a quote. Not ideal when it's 90+ degrees) Vlad always answers his phone and is responsive. This is quite rare in that business. The installers completed their work over a weekend having to remove the old units, re-rout the condensate drain piping and extend the existing refrigeration lines. All this was done with no hassle or "extra charges." He even followed up with me later to register the new units for warranty purposes. I'd highly recommend Vlad to anyone who needs a mini-split or other HVAC work as he's responsive, fair, has a knowledgeable and professional crew and got the work completed without any hassle or surprises.
I would give 10 stars if it were possible. Thank you Vlad for restoring my trust in service professionals. Big job, done fast, excellent all the way around. I’ll be recommending you to anyone who will listen!

Serg came to take a look at my broken central AC. The issue was a stuck condenser fan. Within an hour he had found the problem and repaired it, and cold air was flowing again. Appointment was setup by text, with very quick responses. I definitely recommend.
I had the pleasure of working with Serg who went above and beyond what was expected. One of my Fujitsu split unit condensers broke at the worst time possible, in the middle of the summer during strong heat waves. Serg always found time to fit me into his schedule during their busy season and was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire project. On top of that, pricing was very reasonable and could not be happier going with them.

I needed a revamp of my window units. Other places wanted me to send photos and fine print from my current units. ACNY came over, checked things out and then was honest and prompt in estimates, scheduling and completing the job.
Excellent experience with Vlad and his team. His offer was more affordable with better quality material (Fujitsu vs Chinese brands). And the installation was done professionally, after taking the time to find the best location for the compressors. Would definitely recommend the company to anyone wanting to have A/C installed.
