We use 212 HVAC for our business and they are the only company we will use from now on. They've helped us with HVAC inspections, small repairs, and recently a major repair that required a special order of a certain part. They consistently offer competitive pricing, lovely and reliable technicians, and great communication with the main office and the technicians. I am especially impressed by the repair they did for us earlier this week - the technicians were polite, hard working, efficient, and thorough - and they left everything clean and as they found it. Would 100% recommend.

He kept me updated on the progress of the installation, and was always available to answer any questions I had. The technician's were efficient and friendly. They also found an ingenious (but physically demanding - for them, not me) solution to getting a large unit onto my roof, which would have otherwise required a crane, so they saved me thousands of dollars.
I highly recommend 212 HVAC they were above and beyond helpful in scheduling and servicing our HVAC system. They came on time worked around our chaotic schedule causing no interference with the work day. They cleaned everything meticulously and the system is working great! Alex is a great technician. He is friendly, professional and high quality and high value work. He told me up front the pricing for recharging my mini-split system which meant I was aware of the cost in advance. Alex also gave me advice on checking the system when the weather gets warmer. Nikita, the 212 HVAC repairman that addressed my AC issue, was professional and diligent. He assessed the issue and quickly resolved it. Overall, I had a good experience with 212 HVAC.

IGNORE THIS GOOD REVIEW. I just opened the closet door behind our mini split unit and Nick did not reattach the hose to the pump, so water has leaked all over my daughter's clothing and ruined the drywall. Apparently you have to check this company's work after they leave, or your stuff will be ruined. Nick arrived on time and was professional and showed me what was going on with our mini split system as he looked into the leaking water issue we were having. This was an expensive job, with the work on top of the service fee, but it looks like the original installation had some issues that needed to be addressed. Nick also checked out our other unit just to be sure it was working okay. Overall, good experience with this company.
Nick was very professional. He clearly explained the issue at hand and ultimately the situation was resolved.
They came in twice to fix the issue, wanted to charge me for all the visits and their supervisor was rude on the phone, saying there was no issues and trying to teach me whats is gravity and condensation lol... Finally a different technician came in and actually fixed the problem, so there was actually a problem besides what the supervisor was trying to say...

My HVAC broke right before family was coming to stay with us during a heatwave. 212 was able to come out and fix the issue super quick and get our AC running again before my family arrived. They are very professional and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them for HVAC work.

They are better than most, and their prices are very good for small stuff. I had them refill my freon twice over 12 months, and was told by a competitor they charged me a very good price. They also did not waste my time and did not try to sell me BS like almost everyone else. However, there is some stuff they wouldn't do, and for some reason would not bring their own ladders. Considering the things they would not do, their prices for bigger projects are not so competitive, but at least they are not complete crooks like half in this business.
I highly recommend HVAC! Top quality company with great communication a respectable team. Definitely they make a difference in NYC. 🙏
