Louie and Clemente are fantastic. They magically repaired my old, best up, almost burned out unit. They are my repair people. I am so grateful to both of those young men.
I met with Louie who was quite responsive with my call Louie showed great customer relation skills Louie was assertive and knowledgeable with explaining the situation with my oil boiler, due to wear and tear and age of boiler and buildup of corrosion from water leaks I will be using Louie service in the installment of my new boiler and water heater
I called for a Heating System Installation and it was better than I expected. Good customer service and done quickly. Would definitely call again if anything is needed.
I would recommend this company to everyone. My experience with Luis the owner was great. His knowledge, his professionalism and fast respond was immaculate and impressive.
We made an appointment with Louie the boiler man regarding our ductless air conditioning unit which did not work anymore. He took time to discuss what the options were and to call the technical support of the LG unit. He was able to finally get through to the technical support and they were able to find the problem. Louie was very thorough and speaking with the tech support and very patient and speaking with the general customer service Representatives. He explained to us all the components and possibilities. We found him to be able to explain it at a level where we could understand it. He was able and everybody to answer questions that we had to our satisfaction. We haven't decided yet about what we are going to do with our system. However, we would recommend Louie the boiler man to anyone.
We have Louie come every year to check and do any maintenance work that needs to be done, to ensure that our central air conditioner works properly. So we don’t have to suffer during the real hot season. We’d recommend him and his team to anyone that needs his expertise. I wish I could give him more than five stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Louie and his team did an incredible job diagnosing the issue with my tankless hot water heater and replacing with a new unit. He explained the issue and provided options such as refurbishing the unit or replacing, which allowed me to make an informed decision. The new hot water heater required custom piping work which looks great. I will be using NY Boiler and Air Conditioning in the future!
This service call was handled in a timely Fashion and the issue was resolved and we are very please with this company and the owner When I call the response time for my service was the same day and within about a 2 hour window I can say we are very very satisfied with the company And you will be to A big that thanks for you all
Louise was very mean rude argumentative and nasty man. He tried to overcharge me and also nearly destroy my boiler. Please don't let this guy in your house he have a very bad temper. People please beware he is dangerous.
Louie helped me tremendously when I had an issue with water leaking in the boiler room late at night. He walked me through the steps over the phone on how to stop the water leaking and prevented me from having damaged flooring. Once he was able to visit, he educated us on a few things that were helpful and fixed our issue. I couldn’t be anymore happier that he saved us from our basement possibly flooding. He was super professional and relatable and was able to work in a timely manner. Definitely 10/10 recommend people using for all your boiler and heater services!
To begin with, I would like the star by saying We contact 7 different contractors! Out of the 7 only 3 have same day Availability! But only New York Boiler and the Boiler Man Where the only company within 2 Hours Availability and for me and my family needs Trust me that it’s a plus ! The crew arrived promptly! Were fully courteous and responded to all my questions and concerns with Firm answers of what I need it ! I never felt pressure or overwhelming durning the evaluation and repairs ! The crew was able to identify several other things done wrong previously and this thugs were obviously done wrong ! So New York 🗽 Boiler earn the business the right way! And now are in speed dial for any home improvement repairs we might need in the near future! Thanks 🙏 for an amazing and hones Service!

Louie is the maaannn, he took care of my rental/tenets. Came out asap, gave me options and replaced my boiler. The price was competitive and very informative. I will definitely count on him to take care of my properties in NY. GRACIAS LOUIE!

Changed a part that was brand new (installed the day before) and insisted it needed changing, but it still did not run. It only started working when they cleared the intake and return lines. They were there for 1.5 hours and charged almost a grand. Woke up this morning to the system not working again, so I had to adjust some of the settings they made. Won't be calling them again.
