I was impressed by the professionalism of this company top down. I never once felt oversold or that I couldn't trust exactly what I was being told. The office staff was kind, courteous and professional. The job was done within 2 weeks of my initial call, including time needed to order materials. I highly recommend LuxAire! Luxaire did such a great job for a ductless unit I needed for my living room, I had them put another ductless unit serving my three bedrooms. Great job, very accommodating in meeting the needs of the house. I have recommended them to friends who want to install units in their homes
Thank you to Luxaire - Sandy, Sarah, Arnie and the installers. Our ageing system could no longer provide proper AC. We now have great units that are easy to use and program. They had them installed and running much quicker than originally planned. They will be used for heat in the winter as well.

30 years ago just as the summer heat was approaching our HVAC system died. Our existing HVAC company was no where to be found. Based on a recommendation I called Sandy and explained our situation. He said "no problem" , the next day he came to our office and within a day or two he had a new system up and running. And at a reasonable price. Since then he & Arnie have installed heaters for our warehouse, UV lights and Merv 13 filters for our offices. Repairs are handled expeditiously and professionally. They even installed ductless a/c & heating systems for my house after hurricane Sandy. Wouldn't use any other company. Highly recommend.

I used Luxaire when I moved into my home 5.5 years ago. We installed central air (and a separate ductless system in the basement), plus a tankless boiler. The team at Luxair was as professional as can be. They showed up on time, finished the job meticulously, and left my house clean. I've been using Luxiare ever since for annual maintenance.
