They responded on the same day and were very thorough and explained everything so we could take care of some of the issues ourselves. I highly recommend this company.
The best in town and around
Wong Mechanical LLC has been nothing but helpful, professional, and courteous. From the estimate to after service follow up, they have been one of the best companies I've ever worked with. The office staff and the on site employees have all be courteous and responsive. I can't say enough good things about them and won't hesitate to hire them again if I ever need them.
At around 3:40 PM on the 550 Eastbound, two of this Company's vans, but especially the one with Chili plate AYLF92, the other being AZBM13, drove like absolute maniacs. They cut me off, and several others off without blinkers. Way to endanger people and represent your company. Then proceeded to push 100 MPH on the freeway. Definitely won't be considering this company knowing how rushed they are to get places, can't imagine how much they rush their jobs.
Great company with some awesome employees. Would definitely suggest them for any HVAC work. Very fast responses. Miguel answered the phone in under 1 ring twice and was very responsive, clear, and concise with my best path forward.

Just the facts: Miguel Wong installed 2 new furnaces and two new AC units at my house in November 2019. Today is May 20, 2020 and he just got all the problems fixed, I hope. Although he came right over almost every time I had to call him, I had to keep calling him back. In the last 7 days, he was working on problems with the units 5 days, and I had to stay home from work each time if I wanted it fixed...which I did. Altogether he has had to come back 8 or 9 times since November. Yet he verbally abuses me because, after 6 times, I put my foot down. I had to call him two months ago and then go without my AC for two months because of COVID 19. Even though I’m the only one in the house, could stay more than 10 feet from him, plus the AC unit is outside. So why couldn’t he come and fix it? I had to call him three times in November and stay home from work each time to wait for him. Yes, he shows up, usually, but I’m not sure why he is unable to fix the problems. He says he’s a great professional. All units should have been tested when they were installed. But they weren’t. It was not too cold when they were installed to test the AC units. The first day with the new furnace, I awoke with the house at 95 degrees. The unit would not shut off. Three visits later, Miguel got that fixed. But then..... He talks a lot, always telling me how great he is and how this has never happened before and....... When I got frustrated with all the times I had to stay home for him, all the months of being without working equipment, Miguel decided the best way to handle it was to make fun of my work and verbally attacked me. When I said I could no longer stay home for him when he wanted, that I had to work to pay for things like the furnaces, ac , my house, etc, he texted back, “LOL”. Is he 12 years old? And then, when I couldn’t answer his phone call because I was at the hospital, taking care of patients, he sarcastically texted me, “Thanks for answering my call.” As if, after all h
Miguel and his crew did an AMAZING job converting our home from evap air to AC! They swapped out two complete units(including the furnaces) and had them up and running within a day! Our house has been so much more comfortable this past week! A huge thank you to Alex, Luis, and Tio Andres! They were all very friendly and professional. Best part of all, is that the price was much better and affordable than the competitors. I had three other quotes done before choosing Wong Mechanical! Keep it up, fellas! THANK YOU!

I cannot say enough good things about Wong Mechanical and Miguel. They are so incredibly reliable, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and very caring. They do great work and always go above and beyond, which is just not something that you see every day anymore. If you need any sort of heating or cooling services I would 100% recommend them! Not only have I had to call for their services on my personal properties, but they also provide services for the company that I work for and again, they have gone above and beyond for my company and our clients as well!
