Our water heater died and the guys were very well priced and extremely professional. 2 things you don’t always get together. The quote, scheduling, and installation were all done within 2 days. The installer, Kenneth even came early. He was a pro in every sense of the word. I will use them for my next hvac needs.
Manny and his guys have helped us out on many larger HVAC projects in Albuquerque, NM and they’ve always done an excellent job.
I apologize for the misunderstanding. There are indeed more than one "Ideal" hvac businesses in the area. I have found the one at fault and it is not you. Thank you for your reply!
