Hi! Do not normally post reviews, but want folks to know that Adam W at Wolf's Heating and Cooling did a great job last week installing a new Convair swamp cooler. Cleaned up, and carted away trash. Knowledgeable, friendly, professional and not pushy when selling. Happy so far and our house is cool!
Joe was simply amazing and helped us immensely with an install of a new water heater. Customer service was spectacular and my wife and I could not thank this business enough!
Joe Wolff has been my HVAC guy for many years. He is reliable, dependable, experienced and honest. He's quick and efficient! I can't recommend this company enough!
They were incredibly responsive and returned my initial email within the hour. I was able to get an appointment for the very next day. The repairman showed up at the lower end of the estimated time, so I wasn't waiting around at all. He diagnosed the issue with my furnace immediately and had the part it needed on hand. The whole issue was resolved in half an hour.
My household woke up to a freezing house and heating system not working. I called them up and they came out within hours. Everything was fixed and they made improvements to our existing heating system at a very affordable price. I highly highly recommend them!
Joe was the repairmen who helped me. He came on time after I called him to check on my heater which had stopped working. He looked at it, and then came back the very next day to fix it. He did the job quickly and very efficiently, and I am a very satisfied customer.
Called multiple times but all I ever got was an answering machine. Left a message with my phone number but never got a response. Apparently they don't need or want the business.
I've sent Joe numerous clients and friends. He's hands down the best in the business.

Wolff Heating/Cooling & Plumbing is INCREDIBLE!!! Joe Wolff, owner and licensed HVAC Pro, is *BY FAR* the BEST and most professional & knowledgeable HVAC professional with whom I have ever had the pleasure of doing business in my nearly 4 decades of owning multiple residences with various HVAC systems. My previous HVAC (A/C & gas heater) system in my current home completely failed after being in service about 15 years. Joe very recently came right out to my home and gave me an extremely reasonable quote for a top-of-the-line 2-Stage Heil ION HVAC system with a Honeywell control system to replace my old builder grade HVAC system. My new HVAC system is incredible!!! Temperature control and comfort are incredible and the system is SO quiet, and the physical installation is literally (no exaggeration) a work of art!!! Joe is a consummate professional who takes great pride in his work! Joe was extremely patient, professional, and understanding in my *numerous* 1001 questions/concerns about the new system, before and during the installation (I probably drove poor Joe Wolff crazy! LOL). His answers and depth of knowledge are impressive to say the least! I will be using Joe Wolff for ALL my HVAC and plumbing needs until Joe retires! Joe needs to clone himself! LOL All around great service! When I first returned to the Albuquerque area after having been gone a few decades, I tried some of the other competing HVAC companies with varying levels of success (you all know these companies... the ones with the HUGE advertising budgets and high overhead and you see/hear from them all the time on TV/radio/Internet and whose prices reflect those huge AD budgets and who have hit or miss HVAC technical competence and where you never seem to see/talk to the same employee ever and you seem to be just a number to them....) Heating and cooling is something we can all take for granted until they don't work! Joe Wolff came out today on a moment's notice when I waited too long to have my swamp cooler winterized. So grateful he could do it and with four inches of snow on the ground! He also did a furnace inspection and found the prior heating company that came out forgot to open the damper which was causing almost no heat to enter the home and could cause the furnace to overheat! He did a full furnace inspection and made the corrections. Now I am set for the winter and so happy with this company. Reasonable rates too!

We had an old swamp cooler that kept giving us problems and this year we decided to replace it. We had several companies provide us with quotes and for just the basic install portion, we were quoted up to $2,000 from other companies. Not only did Wolff Heating Cooling Plumbing come thru for us in 2 days, but he beat any price! The install was not as simple as we thought it was going to be and one of the vents in the attic was busted, but he was quick to take care of that too! He went out of his way to pick up a replacement part at Home Depot, and installed it the next day without adding an extra labor charge! Joe is very efficient, timely, and customer friendly. He took pictures of his every step and explained the work in detail. I would highly recommend Wolff Heating Cooling Plumbing to my family and friends for any plumbing/heating projects.
