I just got my swamp cooler turned on for this summer and Elijah, my technician was on time and professional. I've used Williams Mechanical for the past two years and they are always nice and answer all of my questions.
New year and new service Willams dispatch a great tech by the name of Elijah. He did a terrific job of cleaning and prepping the AC for this summer. Even with a filter the water here is hard and creates all kinds of stones and sediment. He took his time and did an excellent job. Highly recommend.
I've been using Williams Mechanical for several years for my seasonal swam cooler switch-over. I appreciate their up-front pricing, responsive call center and thorough technicians. This summer, Elijah was prompt, gave the cooler a thorough cleaning and even warned me that it looked like my fan belt would go soon. I've tried other companies, they're more costly and/or provide worse service. I will continue to use Williams for my HVAC servicing needs.
This company was very helpful and useful they conducted their business with great dedication taking time to maintain a stable performance. An employee named Elijah came to my residency assisted and correcting problems within our AC unit his clear and understandable directions of what was wrong with the unit provided a better perspective upon what was causing trouble and doing so he corrected the flaws and installed new parts for us we are highly appreciative of his help and recommend you to use this company
Love Williams Mechanical. My wife and I got our new furnace from them last winter and have nothing but good to say about the company. Today, Elijah with Williams Mechanical serviced our evap cooler and did a great job. Can’t recommend these folks enough.
I always use Williams Mechanical to summarize my swamp cooler. They are always professional and on time. Elijah was the tech this year and it was a pleasure seeing him again. He made the extra effort to clear a winter's worth of pine needles off a roof depression (so I didn't have to do it) and it's much appreciated! I can highly recommend Williams Mechanical to anyone needing an HVAC system serviced, or upgraded to A/C. And it's a woman owned busines. YAY!

We used Williams for a HVAC installation last month to replace an old swamp cooler system. Williams was the lowest price, provided a quality unit (Trane) and handled everything as proposed. The were flexible when we had a special need regarding existing ducting. I certainly recommend them for similar projects.
The condensation from my coil was overflowing in the catch pan. And caused a massive amount of water to leak all over the floor and bedroom of our new house we just bought. The problem turned out to be a plugged drain line, thankfully an easy and cheap fix. The HVAC system in the house we just bought is nearly 20yrs old. It would have been _very_ easy for the tech to tell us we needed a whole new system and that the issue was unfixable - and I would have had to believe them. This is unfortunately what I've come to expect these days, BUT the williams mechanical tech was *honest*. They fixed the issue and never once tried to up sell us on anything. We also had williams mechanical replace the ancient water heater in our house as well. They did an amazing job and it was 100% up to code - a lot of plumbers will leave out a lot of code features like catch pans, seismic straps, gas line sediment drop, etc.. My daughter and son-in-law have had wonderful experiences with williams mechanical on both of their houses as well. We will never use anyone but williams mechanical. Thank you williams mechanical! You are the best!
Williams is a fantastic company. We've been using them for about four years. Over that time they've installed a swamp cooler for us, handled seasonal changeovers twice a year, done plumbing repairs, and most recently they replaced our furnace. They're honest and reliable and do a great job for us. Bret is the best! He really knows what he's doing.
I have been using this company for several years, they installed the Air Conditioning System for my business and I could not have made a better choice. They are very reliable & honest. Family owned and operated and Bret the technician is the best! Highly recommend this company!!!
Excellent service. Bret, the technician that came, was early very knowledgeable and very professional. He spent extra time flushing my water heater when I asked him to and also taught me how to do it for future reference along with teaching me how to replace the mixer. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again when needed.
I will definitely do business with Williams Mechanical again. Very punctual and I got a very good deal from them. Annette, the owner, was very communicative and responsive, and it was a smooth deal. All ended up very well.
I have been trying for over a month now to get a quote for three separate projects from this business. I call them and email them multiple times per week. Every time they tell me the quote will be coming in a few days or at the end of the week or at the beginning of next week. At one point after I waited patiently for two or three weeks they did give me a quote, but they lumped all three projects together into one proposal, completely contrary to what I had asked for. When it turned out I didn't want them to do one of the projects because it was outside my budget I told them that I would like the project removed from the list of proposals. Instead of respecting my wishes, the owner of the company tried to talk me into some kind of not-good-sounding financing scheme. I made clear that I am not interested and that I want this project removed from the proposal. No response. I called the office and their administrative assistant told me that they would update the quote soon. This was two or three weeks ago and they still haven't got back to me. Don't be like me. Don't waste your time with this company.
UPDATE: after install we had multiple issues and found that the condenser was not the right size for our house; the company did come out and put a new one. We then started having issues with the thermostat and that had to be replaced. We had the technicians out multiple times due to the air not working correctly and then we started having continued outages with no air and we could not get it to come back on for hours. Techs came out again and said we had an error on the board and then thermostat would need to be replaced. We also found out after hiring multiple other companies to come out the system sold to us would never work together properly. We also found out the warranty registered to us was for the wrong units and had never been updated. After countless emails with Annette the owner she agreed to put in another heater. Heater install was a nightmare and it was not installed correctly the unit was not square and the unit looks used. She has since stopped responding to all emails, had never fixed the thermostat issue and had never updated the warranty paperwork. I would not do business with the company and if you do make sure what you are being sold will work together and is registered to you. We just had a new heating and cooling system installed. Alex and Anthony did a great job! We are very pleased with the work and they definitely a great asset to your company. So friendly and went above and beyond to make this process a great experience for us. Thank you 😊
So my wife and I were in need of a new furnace for our 1941 house. Our existing furnace when we bought the house was in the crawl space with half the unit buried by dirt and starting to corrode. We were in dire need of a crucial placement for a new heating source somehow and someway and within our budget. I called around and received different estimates to install a new furnace in our guest bedroom closet and Williams Mechanical stood out and was within our budget. Jason and Nick were the installers and although it took 3 days to finish the install, the guys made sure to do everything right. Especially with our house being older and trying to make sure that a bedroom closet furnace could tie into the existing duct work, the existing gas line and the existing electric. Williams Mechanical got the job done. Would definitely recommend.
I am a former employee of Williams Mechanical. It was a great place to work. There is a real family atmosphere. The only reason I left was an opportunity in an office setting. To this day I still recommend Williams services to all looking for quality work at a fair price
I am very impressed with the work done by Williams in removing my old swamp cooler and heater and replacing them with my new AC and heater. They repaired the roof where the old cooler had been and removed both of the old units. Williams was very responsive to my time frame, and Annette made sure to have the installation done as soon as possible so I would have the AC as the weather heated up. The installation crew, including Nick, Tate, and Chris, were very professional and efficient. They had the entire job completed in one day. I strongly recommend Williams and will use them for other needed services in the future. Carol Raish
Install of a new tankless water heater and HVAC maintenance. Estimate was dead on; estimate, install, and inspection were painless with tech arriving as scheduled every time. Jason and Tate did great work. Will definitely book with Williams again.
