All of the technicians are professional and courteous, but after 5 visits and a 6th pending, they still have not fixed my AC, and it takes them a week to return after each failed attempt. This unit was purchased from Wagner and is under warranty, but what good is it if the “warranty team” doesn’t immediately replace the unit as hundred degree temperatures are upon us. I’m almost to the point of enduring the cost to bring in another company to fix this immediately.
The technician didn’t do a thing to my air conditioner, which I have never serviced in the last 13 years that I have owned it. The only thing he did was replace three filters inside my home, which I do myself every three months. I was not very pleased for the service I got for $80 plus tax which I paid. I don’t know if I will use your service again.
I contacted customer service, and they stated that a technician would contact me shortly. After a week, I had to contact them again because I never received the phone call. They told me the same thing, but I still never received a call. Had to call back a 3rd time, and they finally returned my call. I talked to the tech on a Friday and was advised he would submit my application for financing and schedule me for a walk though at my house. On Monday morning they showed up to my house but unfortunately I was not home because I didn't know they were coming. I was able to reschedule with customer service for Tuesday at 4:30pm. On Tuesday at 4:30 pm, no one showed up to my house. I didn't receive any calls or emails advising me that they were not coming. I was able to call them the next day, and they stated again that the technician would call me back, and they did not know why they didn't show up. And yet again, I didn't receive a phone call. I continued to call without getting a response back until finally, on Friday, a supervisor called me. I explained all the difficulty I've been experiencing with the company, and you can tell he could care less. I was then told that the reason nobody came to do a walk through was because my financing was declined... but instead of telling me right away so I could find an alternative, they waited a week. He then told me they submitted a counter offer for the finance company but never mentioned what the counter offer was. He then told me he would personally call me back with the outcome, but, yet again, no call what's so ever. We decided to go with a different company. We had no problem finding financing on our own. (With a much lower interest rate) and had the job done within a week. We wanted to go with wagner for their good reviews, but it definitely was not worth the hassle. The customer service people who answer the phones are great, but good luck ever speaking with a technician. I definitely do not recommend anyone use this comp
I was having an estimate do for a couple of plumbing projects. Jack and David were very professional and friendly. They listened to my ideas and gave me great advice as well as several options for my projects. I received quotes for each of the options enabling me to make the best decision. Plan on scheduling the work soon.
We recently had Wagner install a new refrigerated air unit and furnace in our older home in ABQ. Everybody that my Wife and I interacted with through the whole process was great! They were respectful, nice, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions. They were prompt on the day of installation and cleaned everything when they were finished. They did a great job and once again took the time to walk us around the entire house (inside and out) showing us what all they did and going over how to use the new thermostat and when to change the filters. Because of the wonderful experience with them they have gotten customers for life!
Excellent experience with Wagner and their Tech Joseph. They were on time and were in constant communication with me. Will definitely be using them again!
Great experiences every time. Very professional, to the point. They try to be very fair in pricing. Most companies are having issues with keeping staffers, and while this is hitting Wagner as well, it's amazing how well they handle picking up the extra work, and maintain professionalism. The call center is always courteous and professional. Most of their techs are exceedingly thorough and knowledgeable. I can't think of other names, but the last guy, Steven, was very impressive with his dedication and knowledge base. Good people. Will be happy to keep working with them. Edit/update 6/28/23. A bit of a lesson. So I had a regular service and a cleaning of my AC back in April. The guy forgot to turn on the AC after checking it, aside from that everything was smooth, the unit was properly cleaned etc. Anyhow I failed to call for 2 months, until today. I would pay close attention to that detail like the air isn't very cold. No matter how good someone is, just double check everything jic as all techs are human. They sent a guy whose been working there 20+ years, Jesus Telles. He was very knowledgeable. Did a thorough check, figured out the problem and it was done in a few minutes, gave some great tips about how to use the AC and was a very chill guy. Actually I would say everyone there is very personable and professional. Just wanted to give a personal recommendation to Jesus. Thank you.
We recently availed ourselves of the services provided by Victor Valles, an exceptional HVAC Technician employed with Wagner. Victor displayed utmost professionalism and showed great rapport with our large gigs. His proficiency and insightful approach were truly remarkable. We wholeheartedly recommend his services and will specifically request him for future requirements.
Wagner did a great job replacing our old HVAC system. They are very professional, sent text updates with pictures of the person we would meet so we knew who it is when they came to the door. They had fair prices, and were on time for all scheduled appointments. They worked with me on pricing so I could get a discount from the AC manufacturer even when I was a day behind in signing. These people bent over backwards to make sure that everything was done, and done right. I’m glad I went with them to install the new system and look forward to many years of continued service.
Johnny helped me clear all my sinks and did so in record time and will return to replace old worn out sink stoppers when I pick some new ones. He was very polite and helpful.
This was my first experience using Wagner Mechanical and it was very positive! My air conditioner stopped working yesterday evening and they were able to send a technician out today to diagnose the issue. The communication and updates via text and email they provided were stellar. Jose, the technician was on-time, friendly and very knowledgeable. He found the issue quickly, clearly communicated it and was able to resolve it. I highly recommend Wagner and will definitely be using them again for any HVAC needs.
We always use Wagner. They are always professional, respectful, clean and they get the job done in a timely manner. The guys that came out today were great! I highly recommend Wagner.
Highly recommend!!! Great service and very kind people!!! I was able to get my swamp cooler fixed quickly and professionally:). Going to now use them for all heater and cooler repairs plus turn over in spring and fall.
The gentleman who came out to give a quote was GREAT!! Especially after having a negative experience with the call center, a rep named Sean/Shawn. But Chris was professional and had good vibes. Making an investment like this isn't always easy, but dealing with Chris has made the process much easier.
Wagner Mechanical (Blake Story and his crew) did a great job installing a new HVAC/Furnace for us. The pride they took in their work was obvious and much appreciated. We are "staying cool" this summer thanks to the professionals at Wagner.
Was able to get a next day appointment for a shower leak and a garbage disposal install. Showed up on time, friendly, did a great job, and reasonably priced. They gave us different options on how to fix the leak and were very professional.
Despite our trying to get someone to come out to our home for 9 days, our experience with Anthony and Gabe were FANTASTIC. They were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and were wonderful to work with.
I DO NOT recommend! Save your money and go elsewhere. My furnace was freezing over. The service tech diagnosed the problem (within about 20secs of arriving) told me the issue was the blower motor. I paid for the repair. Once the new part was installed I was immediately told that was not going to fix the problem and I would need to replace the whole system. I was then told they would NOT honor my payment for the repair towards a new system or any form of refund/credit. I was ripped off for almost 2k. I asked if they could please apply what I paid towards a new system. They would not honor my previous payment towards a new system, instead the tech sent me a more costly invoice the second time. This is shady and unreasonable. They charged me almost 2k for a repair that didn’t fix ANYTHING. So I am taking my business elsewhere to a decent, honest, and better priced/better warranty company. This was the most awful experience. I feel completely taken advantage of. Beware of Wagner. Had I known better I would have taken my business elsewhere to begin with. I hope the same doesn’t happen to other people. I also called a supervisor, I spoke to Mari. She said “Dennis was one of their better techs”. I strongly disagree. Mari also stated she would follow up with me yesterday and failed to do so. I will be looking into filing a complaint with the BBB. That service tech completely scammed me. I sought out other estimates from other companies and they were all shocked how much this company charged me for a blower motor. The tech didn’t even do a thorough check to see what was wrong with my furnace but was quick to charge me.
We had a clogged drain in our bathroom sink. Wagner's sent Mr. Shook over and he cleared it up in no time. Very professional and nice. We had called a couple of places over the weekend and Wagner's were the only ones who called back to get us scheduled Thank you.
The two guys were so nice and even took time to discuss future products and aervice with us. I've used a few plubmers in RR and definitely more satisfied with Wagner than others, just from today. Already planning my next products
