Absolutely the worst company I've had work on my master cool air conditioners. Last fall, I had them winterize my coolers, but didn't notice that the waterline and the connection to my faucet was missing. This spring when Tru-Flo Air came back most of the waterline and the connection was missing. The tech did replace these items but told me that I would have to buy another pan because of the way their techs removed the drain plug. Tru-Flo Air did get the units running, but the tech didn't secure the panels on one cooler properly and the wind blew 2 panels off and bent them up. He came back and said he would bend them back in shape and put them back on. I found out that the panels weren't straightened out. These panels don't seat properly, and he used duct tape to hold them in place. I also had them come out twice because the float valve wasn't shutting off properly and the water was running down my roof. They didn't get the float valve right and I gave up on them and had somebody else come out. Horrible experience. Jim B
After paying nearly $300 to check my system the tech left wires unplugged and I was without AC for 2 weeks in May when it’s 80-90 degrees! I called to ask for them to come back and after calling twice I gave up and called SoBellas who came out the next day and found wires disconnected from my rooftop HVAC unit. Disappointing and unprofessional, I’ll make sure to tell all my friends!
Michael from Truflo came to do my seasonal change out, and he was very professional, and did a great job! They have very affordable prices and provide excellent, quality work!
When I ventured out and found this new company I thought they were great low prices but their work reflects the low prices and you get what you pay for. They had to come back multiple times to correct the installation of the new HVAC system I had purchased. There were a few occasions where the employees came back from break and I could tell they were under the influence. Now when I call the office to get warrantee work done they cancel my appointment and don’t return my calls. I would not recommend this company.
Wow! I'm so impressed with the TruFlo crew. They did everything they said they would, and no hidden fees. With other companies, I Sometimes get the feeling that the install guys are figuring it out as they go....Not so with the TryFlo crew. I was 100% comfortable with the way they approached everything. This was for a mini split install....and It works beautifully. So, thanks so much to John and Darius and their crew. Respectful, thorough, and really good guys...
Great service and fast waiting when it comes to scheduling. The install wans very professional and looks fantastic. The workers who installed my new furnace fixed the electrical wiring for my central air were very polite and worked hard for the day to get everything completed with no issues. Highly recommend this company of you need hvac repairs or installs.
Michael Puzak was extremely competent, and took care of all of the repairs at my office with cutting edge high tech equipment. Finally, a repair tech with extensive knowledge in his trade, transparency and integrity. He put me at ease😅and I actually feel like he cared🙏….and the dog liked him to boot!
Michael and Kevin did an excellent job. They diagnosed why our HVAC wasn’t working, and offered us great options for it and for replacing our 15-year-old water heater. They were patient and pleasant. I recommend TruFlo enthusiastically.
David was a very high pressure sales person and tried to sell us on parts that we didn’t even need to replace. Also his bid for a replacement system was twice as expensive as anyone else. After telling him no he still called us a couple days later. To say we’re very disappointed is an understatement. Honesty and trust worthy service will go a lot further for a business, instead of taking advantage of people. Buyers beware!

Most of all, I am absolutely astounded by their professionalism and kindness. I cannot say more about their genuine care in one's comfort and investment in HVAC improvements!
I've had a positive experience in dealing with TruFlow. From speaking with a live person in the office to the technician. All were friendly, professional, and courteous. The technician arrived early, explained what he was doing, and the results of his evaluation. I highly recommend .
TruFlo Air LLC has been a super company to work with! From our first phone call with Cindy, working with Robert our Project Manager to select the best options for replacing our swamp cooler, watching Beni and Kaleff do the packaged unit and mini split install, Darius and Victor wiring everything up, couldn't have asked for friendlier, more professional folks. We were so impressed with the service we're now having our boiler system modernized.

Mike was available on short notice and was very thorough inspecting and maintaining both our tankless water heater and our furnace. He took several pictures and explained what he saw, with his recommendations for service. Very reasonable price for the amount of time he took.
