Lionel came out and did the proposal for a new Trane XR 15 condenser and matching Trane indoor coil. After receiving my 3 proposals and doing my research, I decided to go with Tru Air and notified Lionel of my decision. I ended up making several changes to the original proposal and Lionel was very accommodating to make sure that I got everything that I wanted and that I was happy.He even set up the install date even before I signed the contract. Oscar, the installer and his helper Rey showed up on the morning that they were scheduled and completed the install that same day , which was a Friday. On Monday, I called and spoke with Jesus, the owner telling him that I thought the outdoor condensor seemed a bit noisy and he sent the guys out that same morning and put isolation pads under the unit. This company is very responsive in keeping their customers happy.Amber in the office is also very pleasant and willing to address any concerns. Would not hesitate recommending this company. They care about their customers first and want to make sure they keep them.
We had to have an AC hooked up after we’d had it disconnected for some stucco work. Oscar was very professional and knew what he was doing. Great service, and he kept me up to date on what was going on.

The Tru Air team does seasonal maintenance for my heating & cooling system twice per year. Each appointment they are kind, professional, and do a great job.
Experience started with Lionel the sales guys. He was professional, knowledgeable and very informative of how things we're going to go. He knew exactly what system was best for my house based on his observations of his first visit. Then the install experience. Oscar and Esteban were both professional and seasoned installers, they kept me, as the homeowner, involved in pretty much everything they were doing every step of the way. Getting my opinion when it came to making decisions to make sure what they were going to do was ok with me. The work was seamless and clean and very professional looking. Chuey, the managers, came by the job site to make sure everything was going well and making sure I was satisfied with the process. And I was! The system works great and so far I am extremely happy. Would recommend this experience to anyone looking for a new furnace or, as I did, switching from swamp cooler to refrigerated air.
Best bid, best equipment- most energy efficient, name brand- and really nice people, from bid to install. I don't typically give reviews, but the service, price and people were outstanding. Very fast turnaround time, and the ductless mini-split has changed the was a part of our home feels.
I Highly Recommend Tru Air for any of their services! They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and affordable. I don't do reviews very often but Tru Air is number one in my book. The two techs that serviced my old heater(Oscar and Estevan) are topnotch. I can't wait for Tru Air to start offering solar, I hope to be their first customer real soon!
This team was kick a$$ knew what they were doing and didn’t try to take advantage of me just because I was a female my new system works great I will continue to use there services and I will definitely recommend to friends and family! Also very respectful and courteous! Thanks Esteban and Oscar!
The Tru Air team did an amazing job servicing my furnace and checking my entire heating / cooling system. They showed up on time, asked great questions, and worked diligently to get my system up and running quickly. Thanks for keeping our system running efficiently this winter. You guys are the best!
Excellent price and service. The person who gave us the quote, the installers and the manager/owner were great. They were friendly, professional and worked very hard. The installation was done in a day. The installers were very knowledgeable and a pleasure to watch work. They really knew what they were doing. We would strongly recommend TruAir.
I called to get my system looked at because out of THREE units one was not cooling. I also stated that I wanted all my system serviced, PM, which I assumed that all filters would be checked , coils cleaned and all other preventive services needed. It took me about a week to get an appointment which I was ok with based on reviews. So the day of the appointment one tech came out along with a supervisor. They came and looked at the units found an electric filter issue on the unit that was not cooling and then said we did no realize that all the coils needed to be cleaned and we will have to reschedule you in another three weeks. We will call you.....Still waiting! I tried to stay away from a big service company because of this reason.....Well time to go look again
Everything was great, price, workmanship, product. I would highly recommend to family and friends.
We first contacted this company in 2019. The installation process was a disaster. Large job, 7 units at over $20,000. They put holes in the wrong places (see phots bellow),they left a mess all over the back yard including shard of metal. One of the units was not installed correctly and was off (see photo bellow) Then I noticed multiple leaks over the course of a few month , they came a few times and said that it's just normal (see photo bellow). I also noticed some bubbling at one of the connections a year and a half later and was told that we are out of warranty. They are terrible and you should seek some one else. Jose the owner tried to buy me out to change this review, and "Chui" his father and the guy who actually runs the operation is the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with. Stay away!!
TruAir was reasonably priced, fast at scheduling and installation, and they offered a quality product. Their staff were courteous, knowledgeable, and proficient. Guillermo and Esteban did a great job installing our new AC. And they responded well to my concerns and questions. Lionel gave me the initial estimate, but continued to respond to questions I had via text, and was always quick to answer. Thank you TruAir for doing a great job, and giving us relief from the heat!
Tru Air installed a Nest smart thermostat to work with my current heating and cooling system. I can now control the thermostat from my phone, whether I am at home or away. Tru Air’s technicians were courteous and respectful of my time and my home.
Very professional company! Did an outstanding job. Timely and very open to answering questions during the installation process of our HVAC system. Highly recommend!
Doesn't matter how good they might be when fail to keep appointment.
We've had two separate multi-head mini split systems installed in our home by TRU Air, one in the summer of 2020 and one in the spring of 2021and we are very pleased with both systems and installs. Lionel was the most professional estimator and system planner of the ten companies we received bids from and his plans for both systems have proved to be right on target for cooling (and heating, when needed) our unusual home. There were minor problems with one system after the install but the service response to fix the problems was attentive and took care of the issues. The company works hard to provide top quality products and to stand behind their work in the long term. Tim and Esteban who recently checked over our system to recharge refrigerant did an excellent job of making sure everything was working as specified. We have been happy to work with TRU Air and look forward to many more years of service.
The company provided good service, a good product, and they were flexible and attentive to our concerns and needs. They left the work area clean. The employees are knowledgeable, and they kept deadline promises. They were easy to work with. We highly recommend Tru Air Systems LLC.
