My apartment complex uses Travers and I have seen nothing but exceptional service from them. My most recent experience they were called out due to a leak. They fixed the issue at the complex the city came out to replace the valve at the street and they destroyed the work done by Travers. Travers was out today and refixed our complex. I would recommend them highly. Also personally for my apartment they have always been timely, efficient, courteous and respectful.
Worst HVAC company in NM. No accountability. Overcharged us, blamed us for it. We had to spend six hours reconciling their duplicate charges to prove we'd paid them - months ago! Run!
We had issues with toilets backing up in a business building we lease. We could not get anyone our right away! Travers were able to schedule for first thing in the morning. The tech, Bobby was here early and finished the job quickly! He even cleaned up after himself! Thank you Bobby! and Thank you Travers! Exodus Auto Sales appreciates you!
Travers did maintenance for our HVAC in the office we leased downtown. Any time we had a problem, they were quick to respond and always found a solution.
Im a resident at the Chateau Apartments. The hot water heaters they provided doesn't work at all. They don't not want to repair the problems. So me and other residents have been without hot water. My community manger and maintenance man is doing everything they can to help us. But it's hard when company is not on time for appointments and not fixing the problems the first time. Horrible company and service.
