If I could give this company ten stars I would! We called to get a quote on a new swamp cooler. Richard arrived right on time, advised us on the best replacement for our house, (A Convair Swamp cooler). We thought that like most companies it would be a week or so before they could install it. Nope- within a few hours Randall and the crew were here and removed the old one, installed the new one, in an hour and a half! Every one of their crew was professional, and very courteous. Best plumbing experience ever!
My cooler motor went bad and needed to be replaced right before the July heatwave, TLC, and especially their technician Ryan Clark, we’re able to get out quickly and replace the replace the motor. Highly recommend!
TLC never lets me down, they hire professionals and get the job done when you need it done. I feel that for the service they provide their prices are fair. I am a happy customer and won’t shop around next time!
My water heater began leaking on a holiday weekend, and I really couldn't afford to wait. I appreciated that they were able to send someone out to fix it the same day. The tech was thorough and communicated with me effectively about the problems with my water heater. Repairs were efficient.
Shannon and his apprentice were so compassionate and caring . We had been out of town for medical reasons and came home to quite a few problems . They were here all day and took care of everything for us. This was such exceptional work as well as employees that reassured us they had it handled . What a blessing after the stressful 6 months in and out of hospitals

Ryan Clark performed an AC start-up today. His service was excellent and very professional. Ryan was courteous and friendly, as well as prompt and efficient. Ryan took extra measures to be helpful by removing the air conditioner cover for me and turned off the gas connection and unplugged the heater, which I very much appreciated. I definitely recommend Ryan and the TLC group for start-up and shut down of air conditioners and heaters. 😃
Who comes out at 9pm on a Sunday to fix my AC? TLC does, Chico showed up withing 30 minutes of my call and replaced a capacitor, AC fixed in 20 minutes. Keeping in mind you're going to pay for Sunday night service I would certainly call again if needed. Chico is a knowledgeable tech and personable.
I cannot even begin to express what an amazing experience this was. I was expecting the worst to be honest and Shannon and Mary set my mind at ease immediately with their friendly and professional disposition. They worked quickly and efficiently to replace my outdoor bib, and answered all my questions with confidence. 100% will recommend them to friends.
Just finished with one of the most professional two young men we have ever had doing electrical work for us. These two boys were very professional and very respectful to us. At our age (in the 70's) they were "extremely patient" and answered all the questions we asked, which were quite a few questions. My husband told me when they left that he felt very safe with the work they did and he is not worried anymore. They finished the project and we would call them again in a heartbeat!! Job well done boys!!!

My home is 64 years old. Old things will break and wear out. Water flowing through an internal wall and up through floor tiles is a frightening thing and I was a certified life guard back in the day. I have been a decades long customer of TLC Plumbing and the dispatcher quickly pull up all my information. A team was scheduled for an AM time frame. Jamie Wong telephoned me shortly before noon and advised he was finishing an earlier job and would be enroute. As my job looked extensive to me I suggersted that get a bite to eat first. The water authority had already shut down the water to my home. Jamie Wong and his assistant spent quite a bit of time in the crawl space locating and evaluating my problem. Aftering moving my hot water heater, cutting out a section of a wall and cutting out and replacing pipes, water and calm were restored. These guys are better housekeepers than I am wearing booties and using vacs to clean up water and debris. It has been suggested that TLC is expensive. During a very cold Albuquerque winter years back my furnance bit the dust. I got 4 estimates as you should. I was acquainted with a contractor who was admitted to vaious courts as an expert witness in contracting issues. He only worked on large commerical contracts not residences. TLC's price was $100 more than 2 of the other estimates which were almost double. One contractor offered to come down $2000. How could I trust him. TLC is not cut rate but fair professional prices. I also know the employees are cover by good benifits and if Jamie Wong had cut off a finger or hand sawing through my house TLC is insured and lawyers would not becoming after me.

Ryan from TLC came to do our seasonal changeover from hot to cool 😎 He showed up sooner than expected, which was amazing. He got straight to work. He soon assessed our situation and what we needed done. After figuring that out, Ryan got to work and finished quickly.We are now sitting comfortably in our nice cool house. Ryan Clark was great and had our swamp cooler working lighting fast! Came out late in the day and was able help us. Would definitely recommend TLC to anyone looking for HVAC needs.
Ryan did an awesome job with providing custoner service and knowledge about how best to go about starting up our swamp cooler for the summer. He provided excellent recommendations on parts that needed immediate service and which parts will need service later. It took less than an hour for him to get it up and running.
Called TLC and requested service on my second floor, roof mounted BreezAir evaporative cooler for non-emergency season start up. Ryan arrived within 2 hours of my call. He listened to my comments and dealt with the start up quickly with no issues. Ryan advised me of the expected cost prior to the work so there were no surprises. Courteous, efficient and effective. I Highly recommend this company to anyone, especially the tech (Jacoby)that replaced our water heater which included additional repairs to it, he did a great job. TLC responeded immediatly due to water leakage thru out in our garage area.
Javier and TLC provided a fair price for a great job. Xavier showed he is an expert and was friendly and knowledgeable. He displayed confidence in plumbing. The guys were prompt. I am pleased with the quick response and correction of my plumbing.
