Hands down this company is the best!! Used them last week for a drain clog, (Thank you Justin J. life saver) now my bathtub drains perfectly! Called this week for an estimate on refrigerated air conditioning and a gentleman named Cody H. Was here the next day, spent time with us and got us the best deal for our money! The very next day, two guys where here and boom we had refrigerated air, these two amazing hard workers installed in one day, from swomp cooler on the roof to on the ground refrigerated air in 100 degree heat. Shady business practices. Avoid this company. They tried the old bait and switch with me and good thing I was paying attention. I also just got a letter in the mail about a denied credit application that was pulled in their name so I will be reporting as fraudulent.
Alan came and had our AC up and running within an hour and we were so greatful. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for saving us from the heat!
Justine was excellent. He immediately found the problem with our garbage disposal and corrected it promptly. We are very grateful for his professional skills!

My experience lately with companies has been disheartening, until I found Signature. They answer their phone, follow up, the tech was on time, professional, friendly and very pleasant. I was satisfied both times when they assisted with our home and business needs. I recommend and would patronage again when needed.
They recently replaced our old hvac system with a new one and did an amazing job. The sales team member was really friendly and answered all of our questions. The install team was quick and professional and when we did have a minor issue, they came out and fixed it later that evening. As Costco members we also got a decent size shopping card for Costco when we purchased though them. I would recommend using them for future projects.
Called signature heating and cooling and they immediately came out to my home. I was having trouble with my electricity in my home and they immediately resolved the issue. I would definitely recommend them. Friendly staff and very efficient.
Excellent service and lovely gentleman who worked on our AC. Even though repeat trips were required because of multiple issues, Allen stuck with it until he had figured out the problems. I could not recommend this company and Alan more highly.
Smooth experience. Justin brainstormed ways to save me money should my specific plumbing issue ever happen again. He Laid out all the options for repair and future maintenance, and I never felt pressure to buy a service I didn’t need. Highly recommend
After an experience with TLC in which I felt I was being pushed to spend 13k on a new HVAC unit as opposed to helping to solve the immediate problem I had, I turned to Signature for a second opinion. They were fast, friendly, and helped me solve the problem for a miniscule fraction of TLC's original quote. I certainly plan on returning to them again for all my heating and cooling needs.

Jorge did a fantastic job of doing some electrical work. He was pleasant, friendly, fast, and professional.
Service manager Ronald was great, polite, informative and gave sound advice on unit. Needed Freon, and service was fast and very reasonably priced. AC was blowing warm air night before, called at 1730 Wednesday and appointment was set for next day. Company called me and noticed me service tech would be there in 45 min and he showed up on time. Great fast service. Hard to find good customer service these days. They were spot on.
We are satisfied with our new split system we purchased from Signature to replace our old A/C compressor and AquaTherm heater. The new system is working beautifully and I like how they give you free filters for the life of the system. I would have rated five star but there was a few issues at installation that required us to call them to return to our house but these issues were fully resolved in the end.
From A-to-Z this is the company for me. I hired signature to install refrigerated A/C And heating. After meeting with Cody, the consultant and agreeing on going through with installation. Signatures installation crew came over as promised. They were on time and they were outstanding. They were done in one day and cleaned up after themselves. Signatures office follow up is exceptional. They also serviced my water heater by a fellow named Josh and team they were also outstanding. I highly recommend this company. As I write this the temperature is 100° outside and it’s 70° in here. AC went out and they were able to fit me in significantly faster than other companies. Communication was great and service provider (Nef) was very professional and effective. Would recommend.
We woke up to no electricity. But we are the one with the transformer in our yard. So we had to end up calling PNM. But we didn't know that till we called Signature. The tech was great. On time, and explained our situation. Too bad it was on Sunday so we had to pay a higher price.
