He is Retired, no longer in business.
Cut the water line to my swamp cooler when winterizing. He can't give me an appointment to summarize until 4wk.out.Said he doesn't remember cutting the water line. I WAS a faithful customer for 4yrs. No longer! He obviously needs no new customers. I will no longer recommend this guy/ Royal Plumber.
We have been using Royal Plumbing for years. Very responsive, and always takes care of the problem. Would highly recommend them!
Used to work for royal. The technicians are untrained and constantly unsafe and dangerous. If you happen to be unfortunate enough to use royal please keep a watchful eye (probably a camera) over your project.

Royal Plumbing did an amazing job for me today! The amount of professionalism I have not experienced before with other companies. Not only did I get the problem fixed but it was explained to me to where I understood the problem and could prevent it from happening in the future. I hired Royal Plumbing to do some sewer work for my parents. Mark showed up right on time and was very professional. Things are working great now and I am very satisfied with the work that was done.
Royal plumbing is terrible. They were late all 3 times they called, they are bad at communicating, and they leave a mess ay tour house without cleaning up! The backed into our driveway and took a chunk out of the wall! Don't every call these guys if you want quality.

Blocked my driveway ,let my dog out ,and told me"don't complain to me complain to Richard I have a contract" p.s. it was after 5 pm all after she told me that she would move the van six feet to let me out of the driveway,and make sure the gate was closed so the dog wouldn't get out and 45 minutes later it was still there and I had to close the gate again after she let my dog out once after that it was all yelling and screaming on my part until she was gone Royal plumbing is just the most awful people you can have anything to do with
Never use Royal Plumbing. They replaced our sewer line, and dug through our sprinkler system in three different places, disconnecting attachments. They then just went and covered all of it up, so we didn't see it till we ran the sprinkler system and our whole lawn flooded. They said they'd come back to fix it, did about 1/4 of the work, and then left our lawn torn up. It was taking them so long we just finished the work ourselves. Then, a month after replacing the sewer we had it inspected for a pre-home sale inspection, and it didn't pass inspection. They came back to fix what was wrong, dug through the sprinkler system again, and once again just covered it all up! They were super unresponsive and unhelpful throughout. I would never use them again.
Not really a review of the company but I was driving down and a royal plumbing company van kept drifting off into our lane. Lc#81130
I've used Royal for many years. They do an excellent job on all sorts of projects.
Mark was on time and worked fast to snake the drain at my place. Great price as well would definitely recommend royal Plumbing and heating
Gave us a good price on a sewer line replacement. Fixed it in a timely manner. I will use Royal again.
Mark is a hard worker.. And gets everthing done in a timely matter.. He does have a bit of an attitude problem and even tho i paid.40$ every two weeks for my uniforms until it reachdd 100$ and after that twenty dollars a week for cleaning that was mandatory at the end of employment he forced me to give back the uniforms otherwise i would not get my check.. Along with driving his company truck that had no insurance or registration.. That i was unaware of for awhile.i have asthma and my cousin lived up the road and in an emergency i used it to get my albuterol from my cousin and i was fired for using the company truck I also had a drill impact driver set that was paid for from my check that i never recieved back.. Kasey and his other employee i would reccomend anytime to anyone
This company was a company I used to get teamed up with many years ago when I was doing heating and they would do the plumbing. Recently I've sold a house and they replaced the sewer line for me. Mark came out and helped me a a ton by running his camera for me to show me where I needed to dig for his guys. Ray came out and replaced the sewer line quick and clean. Great affordable service in a days notice!!
