I called Rocketman yesterday morning for an estimate for water heater replacement. I have been without hot water for 2 WEEKS trying to get my home warranty company and their assigned local contractor to do the work. Delay after delay. Ken with Rocketman came to give me an estimate within an hour after calling their office. He was kind, respectful, clear with information and patient with me as I was so frustrated with the past two weeks. GOOD NEWS- Rocketman is installing my new water heater this morning!!!! Thank you Ken and Rocketman - wish I’d given up on my warranty company sooner!!!!
We had to have Rocketman come in when our heating furnace gave out in the middle of winter. They were able to come in and fix it within one day. The tech that came out got it all figured out and fixed within 25 minutes, and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and explained every single step he did to educate us.
I wanted to brag about these guys. The gentleman that showed up was polite and efficient. It's February of 2021 where we're getting hit with cold and snow across the nation. My water froze and my pvc needed replacement. They were the only ones who could come out in less than 24 hours, and reasonably priced. They not only cleaned out my water closet, they replaced the pvc, added additional insulation and wrapped up my pipes that were already there and put them in a better condition. They were so quick, clean and professional. Thank you for your help!!
I have been using them for years for my 2 properties in Albuquerque and referring them to our HOA, but lately they went down hill. They keep messing up the schedule, there is no communication among themselves, they don't return calls, and I feel that they are gouging. Their hourly prices are huge for New Mexico. I will be looking for a competitor and will not refer them to our HOA. Customer service is very important to me, and they are not providing a good one.
Non of the above pertains. The reason I gave such a low score is because the amount of increase in cost to install a water softener. May 2020 I was quoted an estimate of $300 to connect and hookup this water softener. Now just 2 1/2 years later that very same water softener costs a super whopping $1400 to install/hookup. I can’t imagine the cost of materials have increased that much for 2 pieces of PEX and two brass elbows and two connections at the back of the water softener and 2 connections for the household piping, not to mention turning off the water outside. Oh yea and a 4 foot piece of clear plastic drain tubing. I can’t imagine that the rest of that quote is labor at $160/hr. No thanks but I will do it myself for approximately $140 worth of parts.
This company was quick efficient and friendly for the entire process. From scheduling an appointment they were friendly and the plumber showed up on time. Was willing to quote the project in a few different ways for my insurance company. And when the scope of work went from being a 1 day job to a 2 day job they didn't come back and ask for more money they just honored the original quote. They also did excellent work and were super friendly. 10/10 or 5 stars for sure

I called Rocketman to install or check out the faucet in my main bathroom. Scott from Rocketman was very professional, viewed the problem with my leaking faucet, determined that I needed a new faucet and purchased and installed the new faucet (the same quality and type of my old faucet) on the same day. I will call Rocketman/Scott for all my future plumbing issues. Thanks!
I've used Rocketman Plumbing for various jobs at my home. They respond promptly to calls for services. Their plumbers do good work, and unlike some of the local outfits, their prices aren't outrageous. I highly recommend Rocketman for all my readers plumbing needs.

Saved me over 2K! It was only a faulty thermocouple. He replaced it and it’s been smooth sailing. I had no hot water for a weekend and I had to shower at defined fitness!! I love you guys!!!
I had some of their techs out to fix an issue I had with my water heater. The wires from the controller to the burner grounded out against the metal cover on my water heater, because I was a dummy and bumped against it, causing it to ground out. Oh well, so I gave them a call. They came out, diagnosed that it was the burner, were very friendly and prudent about trying to get the part asap. They replaced the burner ($700) and it’s still not working. When it grounded out it also fried the electronic controller (which I could see as obvious). This tech that replaced was a different one than the first one, and was talking to my wife. He didn’t elaborate further than “the burner is fixed, but now the controller is bad.” He then tried to justify replacing the whole water heater, which would have cost around $1700, or just to replace the controller, which was quoted at $600. Now I totally understand that when troubleshooting sometimes you have to throw parts at something until it works, and I don’t know for sure if those prices are competitive. I don’t really understand the logic of replacing the whole water heater. I ended up going a different route to fix it for other reasons. Overall, my experience with these guys is a mixed bag. I thought I’d share, just so people can know what my experience was.

Rocketman Plumbing did some plumbing work on my old (1940's) home and they were very professional and polite, did a great job, and the price was quite reasonable. No complaints about these folks!
I have used these guys a few times. I will definitely call them next time I need plumbing work.
The Rocketman plumber was unable to clear the clog in the line and it was very frustrating. BUT, he first to identify what the true problem was. The plumber sent had years of experience and knowledge which gave him the ability to accurately diagnose the issue.
