Review on hold pending resolution
I would of put 0 stars if possible. RICK'S heating and Plumbing installed a hot water heater in my property 8 months ago. The HWH is now leaking and I've reached out to Rick's multiple times now with no response at all. After paying just under 2k for the service I would of thought they would atleast honor the warranty. I would never suggest using this over charging under performing so called business
Was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful it was working with a difficult situation I had with my home warranty. Rick’s company came to my rescue, with a fair offer, very professional worker, and I would call again. They actually care about the customer and service!
They came out within 1 hour and fixed the problem as soon as possible. Totally professional. They were clean and didn't leave a mess! Quick and charged a fair price. Gave me suggestions to prevent future issues. Would certainly call them again for plumbing needs.
My brother has used Rick's Heating and Plumbing a couple of times for various fixes and has been very pleased with work. Based upon his recommendation, we used them to replace a turn off value for our bathroom sink. Despite the very tight space in which they had to work, as well as a couple of unforeseen issues that popped up, Wes and Matt did a wonderful job ! And, Wes kindly swapped out the cartridge in my leaky faucet. Both Wes and Matt were both very respectful and courteous! We would definitely use Rick's Heating and Plumbing again and highly recommend them! It is really refreshing when you receive good service!! Thanks again to Wes and Matt!!
They explained the purchase options better than all the others. Great to talk to and helpful through the process of getting a hot water replaced. I will use them immediately on my next hvac or plumbing needs.

2018 jorge found our leak from another plumber . He repaired he was courtesy ontime. Had no other issues since. Now we called on our air conditioner and is giving me a quote per donovan n wes. Very polite courtesy knowledgeable and funny I will continue calling Rick's plumbing for future repairs n installs.
Wow. Just WOW. Seriously amazing service. Talk about professional and going above and beyond! We were blown away. These guys were professional and personable. They even invited my 8 year old to help them fix the AC. They taught him all about the tools and let him do some of the work. He was eating it up! They also gave me some DIY tips for when the next part breaks (they could hear the other motor was getting old and they knew we wanted to try and fix it ourselves). They were honest and strait forward. The cost was the best in town as well. We’ll never use anyone else for our plumbing, heating or cooling needs.
I am impressed with Ricks. I had a large leak from my air conditioner. Called other plumbers not one would come out for 3-4 weeks. I found Ricks-same day service. I had to turn off my air to stop leak. When Ricks found out I had no air the came out and fixed it enough I could use it. Waiting for a time they could fix all the issues, the next day. They are concerned about customers. Very professional and polite. Went through everything that was a problem and how they would take care of it. Ricks Will be my forever plumbing company.
I honestly can't say enough good about these guys. No one wants to call a plumber, but when you have to you want someone you can trust. Rick's Heating & Plumbing Co were very honest, straightforward and friendly during the entire process. I was given options, a direct quote and after I decided (in which prices were very straight forward on what was being done and charged), they took tons of extra steps during the job to ensure I was familiar with the system they installed. When everything was complete I asked what I owed since basically every other service I've ever dealt with nickels and dimes the price up another couple hundred, but not them. The quoted price was the final price. Stop your search here and give them a call, you won't regret it.
When my a/c went out on a Friday afternoon, I left a message with Rick's. They called back on Sunday and came on Monday morning. The workers were competent, friendly, and willing to explain everything to me (I am not skilled in mechanics!) They quickly found the issue and repaired it. I couldn't be more pleased!
My initial experience with them was fine, but now I can't get a hold of them at all. I've tried calling 10+ times and have left multiple voicemails -- nobody is answering the phone or calling back. Have they gone out of business?
They were able to come the next day and identified the problem immediately. Quickly fixed it and said that it was free today. Killer service!
I have to say the positive reviews about Rick's are spot on. they finished installing a new tankless water heater for us recently, and can say without hesitation they're honest, hard working and do quality work. - They came out initially and were able to give us a quote the same day, and throughout the install they stuck to it. - They didn't try to up sell me on any of the tankless addons that I brought up with them. They were honest about what they felt was and was not worth the additional cost. - they pointed out a venting change that would be needed to ensure we met code and passed inspection, that none of the other companies we got estimates from brought up. - they discussed options with us regarding things like the condensation drain, so we had some say in some of the required modifications. - there were usually at least two people here, for almost two solid days, working hard the entire time to get the install done right. - they were very professional, but friendly - they were always on time and gave us regular updates. - Since we have a very high risk child, they wore masks while here, and were even concerned enough to ask that our son was upstairs before coming in each day. - they followed up with us soon after to make sure everything was working well and to get us paper work for our rebate. - the quality of the work they did looks great and we are incredibly happy with our new tankless system. I honestly just can't say enough positive things about them. everyone from the folks that were doing the work onsite to the folks in their office that helped setup the appointments and take care of payment, were just awesome. we'll be using them going forward with maintenance and any other future issues we have.
We received exceptional, professional plumbing services from Jorge at Rick's Plumbing and Heating. Jorge was professional, dedicated, skilled, and punctual. Had we known we'd have such quality service at a fair price we'd have contacted Rick's sooner. Jorge came out to our home fix a leaking shower bathtub faucet. These parts are uncommon as our house is very old. Jorge located the parts which were rare. If he couldn't find them he said he'd have fabricated them for us. He fixed a leak which we had for years and replaced parts which were almost impossible to find. We were so impressed with Jorge, we scheduled him to return the following week to replace our kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. Our sink was in terrible condition. Our pipes below were leaking and we had two buckets to catch the water. It was kept together with rubber bands, plastic gloves and caulk. Jorge tackled one of the worst sinks, pipe situations he'd ever encountered. He worked tirelessly and got the job done. We now have a gorgeous sink and faucet, and no leaking pipes! It's no exaggeration to say he made a big difference in our lives. My husband and I are now looking for projects to have Jorge back. Thank you Jorge! Thank you Rick's!
This was the second time I have used this company’s service and both time’s I have been very satisfied with the quality of the work done, as well as the friendliness and competency of the technician. The end result makes me feel very content and safe. I don’t have to worry about my system for another season. I highly recommend this company for both urgent and preventive services.
I first hired Ricks to install a pump so that the hot water will get across the house to the shower and not take five minutes doing it. I also subscribe to their maintenance plan and they have been out to install a new hot water heater and now do my HVAC maintenance. All the employees have been very helpful and friendly. I will be sticking with them.
