Joe was so so helpful! I had some issues with financing and he stayed in the phone with the finance company until we figured out the problem. He always responded to any questions with a great attitude and was very professional. I hope to not have to go through the process of buying another AC unit but if I do, I’ll go through Moore quality air!! Thank you, joe!
Customer oriented and engaged owners. They responded quickly, accurately diagnosed the issue (failed A/C motor). Moore Quality Air sourced replacement, configured, and installed it during their first and only appointment. Unlike most vendors today, they truly provide customer service. Super happy with my service. The AC went out and trying to get someone here before the temp got to 100 was a challenge! But they were here the next day! John (? If I remember his name correctly- I hope cuz he was so professional & nice) assessed the issue, show me where to find the age of my ac and heater, checked the breakers and then went to the roof. When he came down, he hooked up the dead part to his meter, showed me what it was supposed to read (it wasn't reading) and explained what that part did. He also showed me a video of the unit. He replaced the part and I was cool again! Very grateful that he took the time to review how it was supposed to work, showed the bad part and replaced it - everything was done very quickly and reasonably priced. Thanks, we are keeping you!

Moore QA was handed down to me as HVAC techs when I took over facilities maintenance at a church. They did such an attentive job on heating and 2 evap coolers maintenance that I have now used them 10+ years for the church, 2 rentals & personal properties. Lawrence and Joe have serviced my equipment; they've consistently been professional, thorough, patiently answered questions and provided knowledgeable, useful feedback. Lawrence once discovered filthy 4 year old filter in crawlspace heating unit I didn't know was there (other Costco deal installers didn't inform of) and removed it, bypassing so I can replace filters at an easily accessible alt location. Joe replaced evap cooler and walked me through how to obtain PNM credit. Moore also did an emergency water heater replacement for me w/in 1 day after it leaked water through ceiling in middle of night. Owner, Jonathan, has, multiple times, walked me through emergency fixes for rental over phone when they couldn't get out immediately, as well as informatively and patiently answered questions re: various future alternative strategies. Having done much of my own maintenance in younger days, I used to think their fees were a little high but, in past few years, have found Moore to be comparable to, or a little less than, 2 big name companies in ABQ. Moore QA's personal, responsive & informative service is well worth developing a relationship with. They're forever MY guys!
My Breezair system went out. Lawrence Barela worked on it for hours. Manager Jonathan brought parts. They ended up finding a solution and I’ve got cool air. Great company. Couldn’t recommend more strongly.
Lawrence is the best. He came out to service my swamp cooler as he has done for the last few years. He made sure everything was running smoothly and even dropped in a new sewer bleed off line at no additional charge. The charge is $99.00 but I feel they are worth it because I can rest easy that the work is done right the first time. I have a bad leg so I can't go running up and down on my roof which is very helpful for Moore Quality Air to be able to come out.
Very professional and knowledgeable technician. Will absolutely use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their a/c.
I had to leave the one star to leave a review. If you’re going to miss the exit. Miss it. Don’t cut me off and then try to break check me like it was my fault you ran out time to change lanes. Your driving is dangerous. Do better. It’s not your personal vehicle too.
Anthony and Jonathan are professional they istalled a new heating system on Oct. 2022 and will be installing refrigerated air this year in May 2023. These guys are great and honest! Thanks to them for GREAT service!

Excellent service that you don't get from the larger HVAC companies. I really appreciated that that Lawrence stayed way past quitting time to make sure that the job was done, and Julian installed the thermostat perfectly. These people really made sure that I got what I wanted. Thank you!
Joseph showed up and was awesome. We have used Moore Quality Air in the past with equal, excellent service and will use them again. The staff from the phone call to the complete service are friendly, knowledgeable and we have always had a excellent experience from hot water replacement to washer valve replacements.
Fourth review: 15 February 2023 Quality Air saved the day – again. My water heater quit (completely) yesterday so I called them ASAP! Jonathan got me scheduled for first thing this morning for a new water heater installation. Jorge and Lawrence arrived before 9am and were gone before 11am – very efficient and knowledgeable at their jobs. They answered my questions and showed me how to drain my new water heater. They were respectful of property and did good work. Moore Quality Air has installed my furnace and my water heater – they are the ones to call. They offer a 5% military discount that saved me over $100 today. Many thanks, Jorge and Lawrence, for your expertise. Moore Quality Air is definitely a 5-star company. Third review: 19 May 2021 YES! Moore Quality Air does it again. I love these guys and don’t bother to shop around anymore since I KNOW they’re going to do a grade A job (they always do). Today, Jorge and Julian came out to upgrade my swamp cooler to central air. Jorge and Julian showed up at 9am (always punctual) and left at 3:45pm. They worked all the way through and did a great job on the installation! These are the two you want working on your central heart/air (or swamp cooler). Moore Quality Air does it all! If you’re new to New Mexico and on the fence about getting central air installed, I have two words for ya: Monsoon Season. Jorge explained monsoon season to me and that’s all I needed to hear to make up my mind. Swamp coolers do work (typically -10° from the outside temperature), but when monsoon season hits, all swamp coolers will do is circulate damp, muggy air. Sounds great, huh? Central air is the way to go and Moore Quality Air will definitely do it for you – they’re the ones you want to call... and ask for Jorge and Julian. Those two are thorough! They explained my new system to system to me – how to keep it running like new, and patiently answered all of my redundant questions. Thanks, guys (muuuch appreciated)! Moore Quality Air h
