The ladies in the office and the men in the field are absolutely amazing. They have been key in keeping Builders FirstSource up and running, whether it be the AC, electrical, or mechanical. They are always the first call.
This company price gouges every chance they get! Consumers do not like being taken advantage of and they will certainly not be in business long by having unethical business practices!!!!!

Not a reliable company as they take advantage of small businesses and scam them out of their money. Would NOT recommend.
If I could give zero I would. We have multiple retail locations and have had awesome experiences with other plumbers in all of our other areas. This company did a poor initial install on a small three compartment sink, then within 3 months had to do a repair. We sent photos in advance and informed them what repairs were needed. When they came they did an asssessment and charged us for 1.5 hours (for a gasket and ptrap ASSESSMENT). We had one of our managers there and the company was only there 45 minutes. When we received the bill, they charged for 1.5 hours. Then they came BACK because they didn’t have the simple parts needed for this fix (even after we sent photos), didn’t inform us of the extra cost, and charges us for an additional TWO hours at a different hourly rate this time (what??). Their customer service is absolutely horrible, they’re incredibly rude, and took no accountability for their theft from us. They lied about the hours, and changed the labor cost with no communication. I will NEVER use them or refer them to any other business or person I know of. DO NOT use them if you want a fair honest company doing your plumbing. Albuquerque is way to big and has way too many options to ever be scammed by them. Never again!

Absolute scam artists. They lie about the time the spend on site and purposefully pad the hours so you pay more money for a job than what the actual labor dictates. Do not use this company.

We had them "repairing" equipment. Their secretary is rude and very condescending. We attempted to dispute charges and had picture proof of the poor quality work. Their response is blaming us. I would NEVER recommend them again to anyone. Now paying another company to fix everything they damaged. Looking at legal action due to their unprofessionalism.
Went with a different company based on my 1st interaction with the woman who answered the phone. She came off rude and lacked customer service skills, get someone that can answer the phone that sounds like they want your business and can be kind and professional, it goes a long way

Honest work!
Workers showed up on time every day for a full week. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They answered any and all of my questions and completely cleaned up after themselves at the end of every day. They installed a new furnace, refrigerated air and top of the line air filter, as well as new electrical lines needed for the system. All workers were respectful and polite. Before they left they explained how to set the new thermostat, and also how the new system works. I can't thank them enough for their hard work. And the price could not be beat. They generally work on commercial properties, but I would highly recommend them for any job.
So, this is typical cooler repair company which they don’t answer phone call after they did horrible job done. They don’t know what f is going on my machine and took money and just disappear. Is there any mechanics who know about what they really doing in NM? Really! In addition to you reply. LOL Nicole, ask your boss how many times I called and left messages. You will be surprised. So you're saying, your tech knows how to fix new one? Your company has no ideas how to fix older models? Come on...
