If zero stars were Possible I would give it. My property has a bad furnace/ gas line and this Jose Carrillo is not certified and also decided to go against what the NMGC( New Mexico gas company) had required. This man Ignored a RED CARD given by the gas company and deemed it safe, I also have a three year old living here. He is a joke. Not a businessman. No No No don’t use him.
I had JC Heating and Cooling install a water heater recently and he and his team are excellent, professionals. They’ve done other work for me and I highly recommend them. JC the owner works well with his customers, thank you very much!!
They were on time and were able to do the work for less than quoted! I was very happy. They have worked on 3 houses for me over the last 10 years.

AMAZED I was a little hesitant at first but after talking to my uncle who recommended me them I was positive about making a consultation and getting a estimate, I have to tell you the response time and the professional work ethic is outstanding I cannot recommend anyone better I personally talked to Jose and he is so amazing he didn’t have to respond to me every time I had questions about something little or dumb but he made the time to answer me super quick, truly outstanding work
I called on a cold day with no furnace. Someone was at my door within 30 minutes. He assessed the situation, had the necessary parts with him and i had heat within 20 minutes after he arrived . He was very professional, offered some safety tips as well as general maintained guidance. I was very impressed, AND very happy with SERVICE. I knew prior to having any work done, EXACTLY WHAT MY COST WOULD BEand approximately hiw long if would take. I received a warranty, fair pricing, service when I needed it most. This was my first repair by this company but, I guarantee it won't be the last time.
Do not do business with Jose! This place is unprofessional and not honest people! Beware!! Beware!! Beware That’s why they have a 1.7 rating!!!
I can definitely tell you they don't honor their warranties tried to charge me $120 to replace a fuse on the motherboard that went out you have to be kidding me. Had an electrician come out the same day after they left to fix a problem he said that the reason the fuse blew was due to their Miss wiring of the thermostat...
Please for your own sake no one deal with this company they do not honor their warranties
The owner "Jose" is extremely rude and disrespectful (especially towards women I noticed (since he did not talk to my husband rudely when he got on the phone), I should have looked at the reviews before I called and not just listened to a friend who is friends with someone that works there.... there have been many complaints about this guy and he's not even accredited by the BBB. I will never suggest this company to anyone or call them again.

Made an appointment 3 weeks out. Said he couldn't come on the date. Basically told me he didn't know how to hook up an AC and ran into problems at his last job. Complete trash company.
Hooked up a hard start compacitor from China not the same equipment fan was running in reverse than overheated and stopped working refuses to give money back saying it’s not his fault
