I was very unsatisfied with your company. I called several times to see if you guys had a cancellation left my name and number you guys never call me back then you guys get to my house I’ll tell your guy that I just have Freon put in it last year, he tells me there is it that’s normal to lose 3 ounces it’s a sealed system it’s not normal for it to be leaking Freon. At this point I feel very unsatisfied and I would appreciate if nothing else I’ll call thank you Eddie Dimas. Thank you.

Swamp coolers needed repairs and this was the service contractor that American Home Shield assigned to our house. The technician, Abe, was very helpful and completed repairs and even a motor replacement all within a couple of hours. Great service and great attitude! Would recommend choosing this company.

Excellent service. Originally called because my swamp cooler wouldn't turn off. They identified the issue as the switch, replaced it and got me going again. Very professional and timely.

My Rheem air conditioning kept turning off at the outside fan unit, would restart with the reset button, and then would turn off again within days or, as the issue continued, hours. I hired Comfort, who diagnosed the problem as the contactor and recommended replacing the capacitor as well for longevity. I had the recommended work completed, but the original issue was not lessened though I was charged approximately $400. After returning to reassess, they determined that the compressor needed replaced, and it would make more sense to completely replace the AC unit. At my request, Comfort refunded me. I next called Adrian Griego to diagnose the issue. He pulled some leaves from the outdoor unit, hosed it off, and requested $200 for his efforts, which I declined, as we had not agreed upon that rate for cleaning a non-functional unit. When the cleaning did not remedy the overarching problem, he said the limit switch had been over-exercised, and needed replaced. I then scheduled B. Carlson for a $79 diagnosis. A technician came and stated the issue was that the capacitor had been wired incorrectly. He switched up how the wire was clipped to the motor and charged $194.22 for his services. However, 1.5 hours later, the fan again stopped functioning. I received a refund and finally called The Heat and Air Company. Steve Kiki came when scheduled, and did not charge me to successfully determine that it was the outside fan motor that was faulty. He tested to confirm the cause of the issue, and explained it logically and accurately. He provided a quote for an original manufacturer fan motor, rather than trying to upsell me on an entire unit that would be 10x what I needed to spend to get my AC functioning properly. He was polite, professional, and prompt. After Steve replaced the fan motor, I had no further issues with the fan stopping whatsoever. I am grateful that I hired The Heat and Air Company; I only regret not calling them first.
