Phillip did a wonderful job in replacing our older evaporative cooler with a new type of effect cooler. The most amazing part about this is the service we got from Phillip. He is very professional, quick service, and such a really nice guy. He has been doing this for 22 years and is very reliable. My brother also used his services in the past and is extremely satisfied. The cost was very good. I would definitely recommend him highly
Philip is extremely responsive and does quality work. He made quick work of a repair on our furnace and I’d use him again for any of our other heating and cooling needs!

Phillip always replies with a great attitude and has gone above & beyond for several members of my family that live anywhere from the top of South 14 to any part of the city, me being in Midtown my mom being in Far Northeast Heights and kids place in the mountains.installing water heaters,servicing an old furnace and programming new Google nest thermostat change over. He’s the type of person I do not hesitate to have go into my mom or any member of my family‘s house and conduct business with respect and consideration. He lends his expertise in many ways, to include clear concise instruction in the midst of my HVOC switchover. He has more than fair rates and I recommend him frequently to my friends and family he’s the one I go to with all my heating and cooling needs from now on and I refer to him as my “Heating and cooling guy” when anybody brings up problems they’re having with their heating and cooling or equipment they need servicing or to purchase, I tell them “I got a guy” and then proceed to recommend Phillip and GIMESUM HVAC.
We had Philip replace an old split system at our school. Philip was extremely prompt and worked around the school's schedule to get cooling back on extremely fast. I was very impressed with his craftsmanship. His brazes were beautiful, the equipment was installed plumb, level, and square, and he paid attention to details like pipe insulation and wiring routing. His pricing is extremely fair, and the equipment is high quality. I definitely recommend Philip, and we will definitely continue to use him for our school and church HVAC needs.

Gimesum was responsive even off business hours and was able to get me on the schedule pretty quickly. They came to install a new water heater. Philip was professional, efficient, patient and very respectful. Very happy with the service and will certainly use again.
Came to Phil in a pinch after being referred from a friend. It was a sudden freeze in October and our casita heater wouldn’t turn on after hours. After calling 5 different companies (most of them big companies) Gimesum HVAC was the only one to call me back. Phil diagnosed the problem quickly and the problem was resolved in less than 30 minutes. Phil was both professional and caring and we would definitely use him again in the future.

I’ve dealt with my fair share of contractors in Albuquerque and had some really bad experiences, especially with HVAC guys. They’ve either been criminally incompetent, extremely unresponsive and unreliable, or wildly overpriced. Phillip was referred to me by a friend because I was at the end of my rope trying to sift through a bevy of unreliable HVAC companies. I was immediately impressed with his responsiveness, punctuality, and communication. He recommended a simple fix for my issues that was ultimately effective. He wasn’t inexpensive, but a far cry from some of the larger companies in town that were quoting me outrageous prices. The price was very reasonable considering his professionalism and results. It’s hard to find pros like him in this town, so I happily recommend him to anyone.
We hired Philip to install refrigerated air at our house. He gave us a great price and did additional items at no extra charge when unknown issues came up due to the age of the house. He was always a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to anyone looking for AC work.
We contacted Phillip Sanchez in April to replace our heating and cooling at one of our rental properties, gave him $$ half down. We waited for months till he began the job, he told us the job was almost completed in September and we paid the remaining balance. Only to find out he just started the job. We had to provide our tenant with a cooling unit for summer months. He did not finish till October. The main complaint is the unprofessional communication, not returning our phone calls and telling us he would provide the invoices of sevice, a warranty/ paperwork, and rebates. To this date we still haven't received any of the necessary paperwork. Job was not completed till October and we hired him in April. This is a serious infraction of a professional contractors conduct. PL and GB
